Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
If these 19 reviews agree on a topic, it is front-of-house. Opinion on the staff is split — those reviews land at 3.5 on average. How long an order takes is the next most common subject, in 21% of reviews (averaging 2.8).
The split is 12 positive to 4 negative across 19 rated reviews, with 3 in the middle. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 10 of 19.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (99/100), with 1 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That result dates from June 23, 2026. The trend across inspections is improvement. On health score it sits safer than 91% of the Volusia County restaurants we grade. What the inspector actually wrote up: floors, walls, ceilings clean & maintained.
Neither signal is decisive on its own here, which is why both are shown. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Just wanted to share a wonderful experience from a recent rehearsal dinner! 💍 The venue had an incredible amount of space, which made everyone feel so comfortable and relaxed. It was truly a joy to celebrate with loved ones in such an accommodating setting. I highly recommend checking them out for your next event! ✨ The atmosphere was perfect for creating lasting memories. 🎉 It's always a bonus when there's ample room for mingling and enjoying the company. 🥂 We had a fantastic time from start to finish. 😊 Definitely a spot to keep in mind for future celebrations! 🌟

Stayed at the hotel nextdoor and decided to check out this restaurant. Upon ordering our drinks (pepsi) my daughter and I both realized it was diet and not regular like we had ordered. Let the waitress know and she immediately says she doesnt think it is but she will change them out anyway. Came back with 2 more diet pepsis. Let her know that they are still diet and she proceeds to tell me that they weren't because she had the manager change it out and she watched him. I asked if they could get cokes from the hotel next door for our dinner and she let me know they aren't affiliated with the restaurant. But the ladies restroom was out of order and the sign said to go to the hotel if you need to use the restroom. I walked nextdoor to our hotel and bought cokes for our meal. Instead of trying to accommodate us I was met with you're wrong, Im right. I despise diet drinks and know exactly what they taste like. Food is at best mediocre. I have no desire to ever visit again and if you are thinking of visiting, dont have high expectations.

Automatic gratuity added to the check to only receive terrible service. Drinks never refilled, never checked on the table. I swear the waitress knew he would automatically receive 20 percent to the bill which meant he would ignore our table. Food was good but never coming back due to this from the waitress.

Had a great experience. Great views, great food and drink and great friends and family. Service was great and the food.... Yum!!!
-
Atmosphere awesome! Food bland and overcooked. especially the potato cubes. Breakfast Sunday Brunch eggs Benedict cold and English muffin uncooked and Breakfast Burrito teeny tiny with barely any eggs. Our server was very nice and view too…. but not worth the price for subpar food.

We finally made it over to this spot and was hoping to enjoy more of the water view during our day dinner outside, but they must only roll up the blinds at dusk. Maybe folks could have a request of a halfway roll-up a little earlier to enjoy the view incase they are not staying later to eat, or the restaraunt can have another layer under the blinds that still block out some of the sun, yet people can still see the view, as this was the main reason we visited. Thankfully though, our waitress was on-top of it and very pleasant, as the food & after dinner pics nearby were quite enjoyable too. ;)

Went to see a first-time comedy show that included dinner. The meal and show were pre-paid. Show was good, food was mediocre (think low-end wedding meal) and too salty. Got the bar tab and found a drink on there that no one at the table ordered. Server removed it but, if I hadn't checked..... Then found a 20% gratuity added in. Seriously? No mention of it anywhere. The service was acceptable but not exceptional, not worthy of 20%. And a tip is to be determined by the recipient of the service, not by the provider of the service. You feel your workers deserve more? Pay them a living wage, and the tip will be just that: a tip for exceptional service.

Awesome place! Great food, drinks, view, lots of seating so no wait on a Sunday, excellent waitress Lillian and bartender Rob. Friendly and down to earth.

Service, food and live music were perfect. I had blackened Mahi, Oscar style ; and everyone's food was superb. The music was beautiful, and not so loud that it inhibited conversation.

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times and it only gets worse! Recently took my family there for Mother’s Day and had a terrible experience. Took almost 2 hours to get our food for a party of 3. Then when we received our food it was cold and tasted awful. Definitely overpriced and the quality and customer service was bad. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant there are plenty of better places to eat then there. Don’t waste your time or money.

Impressive menu, delicious food, amazing atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Denise and the girls at the door were welcoming and so sweet. The outdoor atmosphere is relaxing and the food is good. Our server was extremely rushed and when he brought us the wrong drink he tried to explain it was correct. It was more important for him to be right than the customer being happy (and he was incorrect 😉). I'm sure he was just having an off night. Glad we had the experience, but I wouldn't go back.

Everything was great. The food was really good! Nice spot right on the water.

We enjoyed the music. The service was SLOW and food was mediocre.

My wife and I visited for her Birthday. We had planned a sunset dinner with drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts. We were sat at the perfect table with a great veiw. Our server Micheal had other plans for us. From the moment we sat down we both felt pressured and rushed even after telling him of our casual plan. We had a room next door at the Inn and this was our destination for the night. Barely 2 sips and 2 bites in we were being asked to order another app or dinner. This was repeated within 5 minutes ,then again just a few minutes later. We decided to leave with my wife nearly in tears. As we paid our bill, Micheal told us " if drinks and apps was all we wanted we should sit at the bar". This was the last straw as we HAD told him our plan. I spoke with management and she gave us a complimentary piece of pie that fell short of a remedy. Will try again, but not with Micheal!
