Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Something changed. Recent visits score noticeably higher than earlier ones. Reviews mentioning front-of-house average 2.9 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. After that, wait times appears most often — 37% of the corpus, averaging 2.4.
Of the 19 rated reviews, 11 sit at four stars or better and 5 at two or below. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (8 of 19). No one in this corpus comments on how much food arrives at all.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (97/100) with 1 intermediate violations. The visit behind that grade was September 18, 2025. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. That puts it ahead of 79% of graded kitchens in Volusia County. For specifics, the last inspection cited food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.
The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Best taco bell

It's Taco Bell
-
Don't expect to get your food in a reasonable time. You'll be waiting all night because the employee is holding up the drive through all night talking to teenagers. 24 minuets to get my order. Serenity G. Was the horrible cashier.
-
Love the nacho fries
-
Taco Bell always has good food but their service is kind of slow. When they're busy and there's always riff. Raft in the dining room or parking lot area of the one in new Smyrna
-
Great food and speedy service! The Crunchwrap Supreme was delicious and just the right amount of cheesy goodness. Can't wait to come back for more tasty tacos!
-
I have a tacobell problem and they pass the addiction requirements for food it’s always perfectly the same

This location has turned into an absolute clown show in the past couple of years. It used to be pretty good. I stayed away for over 6 months after the last travesty but tried again today. That was a mistake. There were half a dozen employees standing around outside smoking and talking. Turns out the drive through was “down”, so I had to go inside. When I could finally get an employee to acknowledge me standing at the counter, I asked to place an order. He seemed confused and said he doesn’t know how and I should use the kiosk. 10 or more people standing around this place getting paid to fail. NEVER again.
-
I Don'\nT want to order from the kiosk. What happened to customer service? They left me standing there for ten minutes and didn't even acknowledge my existence , will not return
-
Ordered 3 different burritos, a soft taco supreme 12 pack. Burritos were not marked correctly, edible but not made correctly either. Taco 12 pack has 2 tacos with sour cream, 10 did not. Like I said food was edible, but disappointing.
-
Absolutely love this place! The Crunchwrap Supreme is my go-to, and it never disappoints. The staff is super friendly and always gets my order right—definitely a favorite spot!
-
Great friendly service. And a great value. Great job 👍
-
thanks a lot I Paid $.70 for my avocado ranch just to get home to realize it’s not in the bag. Now I have to use my at home ranch and I’m kind of aggravated. Can I get a free item for this inconvenience? not to mention, I was in the line for 20 minutes waiting still couldn’t get my order though
-
Waited 13mins for my order while visually watching every single employee on their phone smh very rude employees
-
Still has great tacos...like everything some of their items have gotten expensive.
-
Seating area desperately needs cleaning
-
Wife needed something for breakfast
-
Was there right at noon. Line long outside so went inside. Placed my order at the kiosk but chose to pay cash Didn't know that they wouldn't make your order until you paid. So after I got there attention thi gs went fast.
