I love this movie theater. Parking is plentiful and the screens are good and seats are clean

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently watched Toy Story 5 at AMC West Oaks Mall in Florida and had a very enjoyable experience. The theatre was clean, well maintained, and provided a comfortable environment to relax and enjoy the movie. The reclining seats were a standout feature—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for sitting back and enjoying the film. The picture and sound quality were excellent, making the movie even more entertaining. Overall, it was a great movie-going experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable theatre with good amenities and a relaxing atmosphere, I would definitely recommend AMC West Oaks Mall.

Definitivamente excelente, salas limpias, grandes, cómodas y el servicio muy bueno. Económico, un poco retirado pero vale la pena. Además el centro comercial es pequeño pero tiene buenos restaurantes y almacenes .

A true hidden gem! Friendly staff, clean theaters and has some great food. Has a bar for those late night ripples and even a little seating area. Also sells movie merchandise which is a big plus!

We accidentally booked the movie for the wrong location and when we got here Steve was completely understanding and helped us out with getting to see the same movie at this theater! His hospitality absolutely made our day

so the first thing I wanna say is horrible experience I went inside. It’s looking nice we checked in everything‘s OK I paid for the tickets and we go inside. I was with my three kids. I said OK I’m not gonna go inside the movie theater you guys just go enjoy your movie. They didn’t say anything about it being a curfew or nothing. They go inside. They sit down they accidentally picked the wrong seats a misunderstanding that’s OK. They sit down in their correct seats. They’re watching the ads. It was a bit funny. OK they laugh a little bit and then they got kicked out immediately kicked out in the movie didn’t even start yet and they give me a gift card like I’m gonna be there again Never again horrible experience.

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. Went to the AMC at West Oaks Mall and it took 22 minutes just to get popcorn, not even during a crazy rush. Standing there watching employees move at a glacial pace while no one seemed to care was frustrating enough, but the attitude made it worse. The staff was easily the most unfriendly I’ve experienced at a theater. No sense of urgency, no communication, and definitely no customer service. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. By the time we finally got our snacks, the whole movie experience was already off. If you’re planning a night out, I’d seriously consider going to a different AMC unless you enjoy long waits and bad vibes.
