Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
People either love this place or they do not, and the ratings show it. Reviews that raise how long an order takes average just 2.8 stars — this is where the complaints concentrate.
Conspicuously absent: cleanliness, which no reviewer brings up. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 16 of the 22 reviewers who rated. The split is 17 positive to 5 negative across 22 rated reviews.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (100/100) with no violations cited. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That inspection was on February 26, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. That puts it ahead of 100% of graded kitchens in Orange County. Nothing was written up at that inspection at all.
Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. Everything above is computed from the 22 reviews reproduced below.

-
It took way tooooooo long for 2 pizzas to arrive in
-
Don't trust their point program!!! As I was earning points they changed the system just as I spent more money taking my whole family last week and deleted all my points on purpose. There are other great pizzerias in Ocoee.

Truly delicious pizza with amazing flavor! The crust is crisp on the outside and soft inside, the sauce is well balanced, and the toppings are fresh and generous. Service is quick and the staff is welcoming. A perfect spot for enjoying a satisfying meal any day of the week.

Joe, Joe, Joe.....what happened? As a loyal customer for many years that loved your pizza, salads, carbonara and cannoli's, recommended you to my friends and collected my magnetics for a free cheese pizza, something has changed. Over the past 12-18 months our pizzas slowly became uneatable!! My last large pizza purchase about 2 weeks ago was so bad the wife and I ate one piece and trashed the rest. Won't be back and can't recommend you anymore.

I am not a picky pizza guy at all but every time I go to Joe's I am reminded of how much bad pizza my family and I eat. The biggest thing that stands out to me aside from the amazing flavor of every pizza is the texture of the crust. Not matter what pizza toppings I get, the crush is crunchy/chewy and just overall delicious. Don't sleep on Joes!

Great Food. Great Service.

I frequent this restaurant but after my last two visits I will no longer be returning. I thought the service the second to last time was a one off, when I was met with an extremely short and rude woman that works the front. I planned to write it off and assumed the woman who was servicing me (I can hardly say she did that) was just having a bad day. It became clear on my last visit this is just how they treat a certain demographic that comes to their restaurant. On arrival the person at the counter just looked at me and walked away and sat at the bar. I always call in my orders and I waited to see how long he planned to sit there and not address me. He never did and someone came from the back and was surprised to see I was standing there and I had to address them I hadn’t been helped. The food has been on decline my last few visits anyway but this confirmed I won’t be back. I won’t spend my dollar at a business that treats customers that look like me this way especially with what’s going on in today’s climate.

Very good pizza. Slices were big. A little pricey but worth it. Gotta try it. Great atmosphere.
