I ordered a steak and egg bagel and got a sausage sandwich. I was on my way to work. I get to work and now I have a sandwich I don't want. I understand no one want to work at 5am but I paid for steak and got sausage. And no receipt.

Someone was mad at my burger or mad about making my burger and should be removed from the duty of making burgers. Maybe make them clean the bathrooms for a week or two? The gal that brought my food was nice, but whomever made my food was very unprofessional.

I will definitely be returning to this McDonald’s! As someone new to FL, the service was lovely, and the atmosphere was amazing! Caroline is such a hard worker, and would definitely recommend giving her a raise! Best frappe I’ve had!

Currently in the store cause they messed up order thru drive thru came in the remake re messed up order how can you now follow simple instructions

Picking up orders and no answer at drive thru. 1:41 am. Screen shut off as well but staff inside.

Ordered a bag of ice for $1.91 and then now they are claiming they do not do bags of ice anymore. Never going back. Poor service!

Waited AN HOUR IN LINE Go ANYWHERE ELSE Update: Months later, back again, same situation. You need to fire this whole staff. They don't care about their job or their customers.

Late night workers refuse to take orders and close even though its 24hours. Location also complains or has issue making fresh food. Poor management and customer service.

I was in drive thru for 20 minutes. Ordering and waiting for my order. When I finally got my order you’d think everything would be fresh at least? It wasn’t. Fries old and stale, they did not even ring up my meal correctly. 20 minute waiting just to get old fries and the order wrong from what I said. Service just abysmal.

Don’t have your mobile app taking orders if you’re going to close the store. I ordered on my app to a store under construction or remodeling, whatever I don’t care it’s not my problem. Update your app if your store closes. McDonald’s always makes it a hassle to cancel these orders and get refunds too. Just a headache…
