On a Wednesday 9:45pm clearly states that it’s supposed to be open. Doors are locked and no one is looking towards the door. The drive through is open but it seems like this location is always something going on with the staff.

Very disappointed with my experience yesterday. I placed an order through the McDonald's app and, when I arrived at the restaurant, my order was given to me incomplete. I went back to the counter to request the missing items and showed both my receipt and the order details displayed in the app. The supervisor took one of my three meal boxes to the back, disappeared for about 5 minutes, and then returned with a receipt claiming that the order I received matched what I had purchased. The problem? The receipt she showed me wasn't even mine. It had a different customer's name on it. When I pointed out that she was looking at the wrong order and showed her my actual receipt again, she finally took my food and added two strips of bacon to one box. However, my order consisted of three meals, not one. At that point, it was clear that nobody was taking the time to verify the order correctly, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Mistakes happen, and I can understand that. What I cannot understand is being told I received the correct order when the employee was looking at someone else's receipt, despite having my order information available the entire time. This experience was not about the missing food alone—it was about the lack of attention, accountability, and customer service when trying to correct the mistake.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. It is the worst in the world; I’ve tried going there four times, and every single time I’ve encountered serious problems. Just today, I placed an order through the app using my reward points and waited at the curbside for over half an hour—and still, no sign of my order. When I went inside to complain, they told me the app wasn't working and claimed they would refund my money. They never issued the refund, yet the app now shows that my order was delivered. They did absolutely nothing—nothing at all. The staff is terrible, and the manager is even worse. They completely tarnish the McDonald's legacy. I hate that place with every fiber of my being; I will never go back there again. I left without my order, yet I still ended up paying for it. The only reason I didn't call the police is that I'm not that kind of person—plus, I'm pregnant, and my other daughter was asleep in the car.

i was trying to get my breakfast and the manager who took my order was being rude for no reason he started speaking like i had done something when all i had said was can you make sure my order is right

yall literally just played in my face, can’t get the cheese burgers plain nor get my meal right. In the drivethru I told the guy a number nine and he said it’s only one cheese burger when on the screen it’s two, there was stuff on my cheese burger that was supposed to be PLAIN.

They are scared of salt.

I online ordered a shamrock mcflurry and apple pie considering its sunday my cheat day....after pulling threw the line I got a apple juice box instead of the apple pie...returned it and got the correct item...driving hm I was about 20 feet away I noticed its a regular mcflurry not shammrock.....spun back around and told them about the mix up...and didnt get a new item or a corrected item...they seemed too of topped it off with the green sauce and gave it back to me...totally disappointed on my cheat day...

Waited 20 minutes for our food- never called our number -finally brought it out.
