Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The recurring subject in this corpus is pacing, not the food in general. Speed of service tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.5 stars. How guests are treated is the next most common subject, in 38% of reviews (averaging 4.6).
11 of 13 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 2 are two or lower. A third strand, whether food comes out hot, appears in 15% of them at 3.0 stars. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 9 of 13.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (91/100), 1 high-priority and 1 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. That result dates from June 25, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. On health score it sits safer than 55% of the Volusia County restaurants we grade. What the inspector actually wrote up: food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and nonfood-contact surfaces clean.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

How do I love thee..... I truly believe that I grew my child on Chick-fil-A. It's always just the best. I crave it!!
-
Always ridiculously crowded, but it's the grandkids favorite fast food, so it's worth the hassle for them.

No words needed everyone knows

Really consistently sub par location for years. Visited drive through today. Grilled chicken sandwich, extra lettuce nothing else. Was charged. 20 cents for the extra lettuce. Got none. Zero. Zilch. Extremely greasy soggy bun. When I'm in the area I don't visit anymore. Been a while. Figured might be ok. Wrong.

One of my favorite Chick fil As is the NUGGETS and Mrs Londa. What a complete sweetheart! I came in with a broken back and she took personal care of me. It was so nice!
-
Amazing place, they take accountability if something is wrong. My food was wrong and they fixed it fast and effortlessly. Great place for kids especially for the indoor play place.

The service is great. The food is usually fresh, but the bread on our jalapeño ranch sandwiches was cold. It gets crowded during lunch.
