I always order here and the food is always good and fresh but today I ordered a triple dipper to go for lunch and they did not give me the order how it usually comes.. I don’t know if they are changing the amount of if the store just did not give me my food right..

Ordered the bone in wings and they where awful they seemed old and twice fried or it was old oil and the fry’s would raise your blood pressure so salty

Food was great atmosphere was awesome, My server natalia was awful, very rude and dismissive and at one point rolled her eyes at my girlfriend.. wouldn’t recommend her other than that everything was amazing

I enjoy our meal, usually. They gave a good menu but not vary consistent with preparation and they do not handle large groups very well.

My daughter and I had lunch here today. Food is plentiful and delicious. Our server Suzanne, (I think) was amazing. Beautiful personality and available. Made sure we had what we needed and answered our questions pleasantly. She even referred us to the Lunch deal I overlooked. But...I felt the music was too loud..and the windows by our table need attention.

Haven’t been to the Orange City Chili’s in many years, was never impressed. We ended there tonight due to circumstances. We enjoyed the food, but I really want to call out Kia. I have never seen a harder working employee in a restaurant. She deserves a server position and a raise. If there is a fine dining restaurant looking for servers, grab this girl, she was impressive!

Thank you Tommy for resolving an issue we had with a door dash delivery. We know that it can be difficult to make sure your store runs smooth when you depend on a third party to make sure customers are treated as if they are receiving food directly from you instead of an incompetent driver who cant follow directions. You took the time to stop what you were doing to make us feel valued. We wont order online but we will continue to dine-in.
