Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Diners are harder on this place than the health inspector was. Opinion on the state of the room is split — those reviews land at 3.3 on average. Freshness is the next most common subject, in 26% of reviews (averaging 3.0).
More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 6 of 19. A third strand, front-of-house, appears in 26% of them at 5.0 stars. 10 of 19 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 8 are two or lower.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (96/100), 1 intermediate and 1 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. That result dates from May 27, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 73% of graded kitchens in Volusia County. What the inspector actually wrote up: dishwashing facilities and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.
If how long an order takes is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Cheesy and Greasy. CiCi's is not what it used to be. Over priced Colon Blow Buffet
-
Decent pizza + for the price. A throw back to when my children were young. Still a good place for kids.
-
Was very disappointed in this CiCi's. We took my daughter for her birthday, and half the games weren't working. The food was ok, but not what we've come to expect from CiCi's.
-
The food was great, service excellent. The salad bar was really full of beautiful fresh veggies and the servers were super friendly!! We ❤️ Cici’s for big extended family meals!!!
-
This place use to be very good & fresh. Our last visit the plates and bowls were all wet & several were still dirty. We had to wipe them off to use them. The pizza & pasta was dried out we requested something different and they never made it after we waited 30 minutes. We won't be back.

We came to this specific one for the stuffed crust deep dish pizza like the others have but here u have to order separately and pay for it . Why would we spend 60 dollars for my family then pay even more for a pizza that only can be ordered online the other one I'm Sanford does serve it on the bar . And this place is ran by kids all standing around the plate stack were drenched with water they had to be dried by napkins each time
-
Was excited to do the stuffed crust but they dont do it at this location like they do in Sanford as part of the bar, you have to pay extra for it or order it online. Wish I would have known that beforehanded or I would have gone to Sanford.

To go order had pieces of plastic in the food. Multiple pieces.

If you want good pizza just go to CiCi's

Had my birthday meal there, staff was great. Food was great...

Pasta was soggy and cold

The pizzas on the buffet were incredibly burnt and very poorly made. They were very crust heavy and didn’t taste the greatest. It also took them a very long time to restock the buffet with staple items. Overall it was incredibly disappointing for the $22 I spent.
-
Food good, over all good place to eat. Most Cicis are what they are, wasn’t dirty and didn’t have a bad smell. So not bad at all.
-
Filthy and disgusting. I know buffets are hard to manage but when so many ppl are there you need to clean instead of just standing around.

The experience was amazing, atmosphere incredible, food delicious, and service was immaculate. I went there with my dad on a cool hot sunny Saturday and when the aroma of the incredible pizza I knew today was gonna be a good lunch. When we went inside the atmosphere was absolutely amazing the tables were clean the pizzas were fresh and the fountain drinks tasted the same. While getting my food I found it difficult to get one of the slices and so one of the employees asked if I needed help. And the workers were extremely kind. Overall experience there was a 10 out of 10. Would extremely recommend.

Kris was very polite and the other staff members were just as sweet! Always willing to go above and beyond and the establishment is actually pretty clean! Family friendly music playing and not super loud either. 100% will come back 🥰
-
Been going to CICIs since It was around close to Daytona but since they closed that’s location had to head down the Interstate. Overall What a dump - water wasn’t working in the bathroom, Lighting was dim, couple rotten items in the veggie section and more BUT my kids had a blast with all you can pizza so over all postive for the experience Won’t be going back
