Dani Denise and alex are awesome! Had a blast with my wife and 2 kids! Arcades are fun! Atmosphere is welcoming and fun. Fed some fish and called it a day. Will come every weekend!

Family fun town is a place I've gone to for years. Recently I have been going a lot more. It was place that my autistic child didn't want to go to before but lately she has loved it. You can tell that there have been some really good updates to the arcade area. We did the bumper cars today and Kate was very helpful and understanding about my child. The pizza here is also a hidden gem. It has no right to be as good as it is. They also have there happy hour weekdays between 2-5 for half off games. The place is very reasonable with pricing and is cheaper than other arcades.

I went last night with a friend for the first time for mini golf. First, the staff, Michelle and Diane, were extremely friendly and helpful as this was our first time. Kudos to them! Great employees really make the experience stand out from the get go. Next, the course itself was super fun - we really enjoyed how it was set up, the fun displays at each hole, and really appreciated the FANS that were available throughout the course to keep folks cool as they play - so smart!! The music was also fun and family appropriate. I look forward to coming back again (and giving the Go-Karts a try too!)

I booked the Ultimate Package for a birthday party, and unfortunately, what I expected to receive and what was actually provided were two very different experiences. The reason I'm giving this review a higher rating than I originally intended is because the employee who helped set everything up was incredibly sweet and did her best to assist us. However, there were several issues. We had reserved seating outside the event room for two hours, but only one hour into our reservation, my guests were asked to move because other customers needed the space. That was disappointing, especially since the seating was part of the package we paid for. Another issue was with the bumper cars. They were included in our package, but there was no employee available to operate them. After waiting about 20 minutes, I asked if someone could come over and run the attraction. After another 10 minutes with no one showing up, we gave up and moved on to other activities. It appeared the facility was understaffed for a busy weekend, despite our birthday party being scheduled in advance. While the employees present did their best and remained positive throughout, the overall experience did not match what was advertised or what we paid for. At the end of the day, it's all in the wording. When you advertise and promote a package, customers expect to receive what is being described and sold. If certain amenities or experiences are subject to staffing availability or other limitations, that should be made…

Ms. Diane, Ms. Emily, Ms. Danny and Mr. Steven were very friendly and was very helpful. They are a great asset to this company. Look forward to coming back

We love the new and improved Family Fun Town! Staff is great - friendly and attentive. It’s much cleaner, brighter, and inviting, with a nice variety of games in the arcade.

Family Fun Town has an arcade my oldest son wanted to go to for his Birthday. Special thanks to Denise a manager I spoke to Today who helped make the ticket prize counter good for the boys. They have other cool things to do there other than the Arcade.

Over priced

Be careful with these people they’re stealing money from the people we win in a machine and the prize don’t came out we reported to them we win again and the lady didn’t give us the prize…

It was a nice small town vibe. Diane was very helpful when certain things didnt turn out the way they were planned. It was a great experience. I would come back. It was a nostalgic feeling.

The River Springs Middle School Speech & Debate Team celebrated our end of the year at Family Fun Town. The food & service were amazing. The kids loved the go carts, batting cages, mini golf, and bumper cars. They couldn't believe the bumper cars went upside down. We highly recommend this for any party!

If you haven’t been in a while please come back this place as gotten a complete make over for the better.
