MOE'S SOUTHWEST GRILL # 32

Gross food. Nastiest cheese I’ve ever tasted. It’s super thick like glue. Definitely a knock off chipotle. Store is poorly run, very chaotic and unorganized.

I used to love Moe's, but my recent visit has now changed my mind. I went in today to get a bowl and they up charged me on queso which would have been fine but then they gave me literally the smallest size cup and when I got to the register I realized it was an over 4 dollar up charge. That's just unacceptable to me. So my bowl with the tiny bit of extra queso on the side all came to over 16 dollars! Lol I don't even earn that kind of money in an hour at my job. There's really no benefit to eating here because the prices are absolutely outrageous and they up charge for everything! I found out they also upcharge 2 dollars for a small table spoon amount of guacamole as well. I don't understand why they gate keep the guacamole and queso, it's so ridiculous. I'm not going back. Their prices don't equal their food quality or amount. And then on top of everything else, the girl at the register tells me I can sign up for the Moe's "rewards" and get my meal for supposedly 7 dollars and she asked if I wanted to sign up today, so I do only to find out that the supposed discount would be applied to my NEXT order...lol what a gimmick and a joke. This is why businesses like this only have one time customers because when people realize they're being hustled, they just write a bad review to warn others and they never go back.

Hits the spot every time!

My wife and I just waddled home from Moe's in Orange City. The food was totally outrageous and the staff were all smiling and pleasant. The tables, the floors and all counters were kept spotless. My wife couldn't finish her bowl. I made the mistake of finishing mine. I am stuffed. Not only do I reccomend this location, but I will go out of my way to reccomend this Moe's to any one that will listen.

They refuse to answer the phone. They don't even greet you.They just put you on hold Immediately. I called four times, and all four times no one s poke to me.They just placed me on an immediate hold. I just wanted to confirm my order through your website and make sure you didn't forget my drink this time. 0 Stars

I’d like to pay a compliment to a young lady who I believe is a relatively new employee. Mickey. She dealt with an extremely rude customer in such a polite and calm manner. I don’t think many older adults could have kept their cool and a smile on their face like she did while still providing great service. I hope she is recognized by management.

Food and service were great.

Not quite as enjoyable as I remember

The restaurant is usually run by teenagers. I never see an adult there keeping things in check. There needs to be one employee making sure the tables inside and outside are always cleaned! The bar area is filthy all the time! Lids in thr floor and sauces all iver the counter feom people pouring then cups. One last thing, none of those kids wear hair nets. That's a no no!!!! If you work with food you wear gloves and hair nets. Hairs can fall in the food. That would be the day I will eat them alive!

We’ve been coming to this location at least twice a week for years. Suddenly in the last month the entire restaurant has gone downhill. The service and the food quality are nothing like what they used to be. Yesterday was my last time wasting money on this place. I received my doordash bowl with very little OVERCOOKED rice and no black beans. The bowl was $12 and mostly cheese and sour cream. I’ll be shocked if this place stays open for the rest of the year.

This place completely changed the staff and the new employees are terrible. They dont know how to roll a burrito and the Spanish guy that im assuming is the manager isnt friendly at all. Ive been coming here multiple times a week for years and I think this is the last straw for me.

Didn't feel welcomed, no eye contact, very stingy with everything, lettuce was brown, I barely had any food, I could see the bottom of the bowl & come on rice & beans are cheap why not at least give spoon fulls, didn't taste any better either cost over $11 Chipotle is better & cheaper, never again ridiculous waste of money

Food took entirely too long. Then when I got it it was missing an item. Portions were big but not much steak . Staff was pleasant.

The burrito was filled to the hills and everyone was so nice.

My stack had no taste. I had to throw it away because of how disgusting it was! I liked the manager there but they hired someone new and it shows how he can't run it. I will not be coming back again, they ruined this place. They took a 5/5 star restaurant and made it 1 star! Old manager left along with the standards of this place...

It's eight o'clock and all of the meat is removed from the hot bar, all of the sauces are removed from the cold bar. Where is the owner here? Why is it every time they close an hour before closing? Does anyone actually care about these reviews for this location? Does Moe's care?

The worst BURRITO I've ever had. Seriously, the $0.30 frozen burritos clear these. Came in because I saw the sign advertising discounted Mondays so I thought I'd roll the dice on a new chain in between errands. This chain/store is basically a bad Chipotle produced by way of lesser than Taco Bell quality ingedients. Everything seemed like I was getting the last scoop and yet they kept serving people behind me. By the time I waited 10 or so minutes for someone to ring me up after my burrito was made and sitting there I opened up to find it was ice cold. To be fair all the ingredients probably started that way. I was hungry so I didn't complain but I shouldve just gotten a refund then and there. Because what I proceeded to suffer through was a flavorless, crunchy (burnt rice) and yet soggy, bulky nightmare. I dumped a bunch of salsa on the top trying to finish what I could. But eventually I ended up just scooping away the tortilla, scooping away the rice, scooping away the beans. An hour later my stomach feels like a brick without being full. 🤮

Went in there for the first time today at 11 am The male behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful making comments to customers behind me. I walked out that was so unnecessary. Will never go there again

This Moes has the best customer service of any location. The general manager, D, was awesome!

Omg really price for the food outrageously pricey will be the last time I visit

I was a little depressed when I walked in to order food, but Evan, the Assistant Manager, helped cheer me up with great service! He served my bowl just how I wanted it. He was kind and professional. The food was delicious too. I’ll be back again for sure

Not sure if there is a separate person whose sole responsibility is sauce and salsa, but that person must have been on break today because we got zero sauces or salsas with our delivery order. Usually we at least get those items even if they’re not the right ones. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

After several bad Chipotle experiences we tried Moes for the first time yesterday and went again today because they were great. The food was yummy and flavorful and the staff so welcoming and kind. I’m so glad we have this option so we can avoid Chipotle all together

Ehhh nothing special. I ordered a couple burritos, and while they were certainly heavy, it was basically all old/mushy rice. Pretty skimpy on the protein, sauces, and other toppings. I only ordered them because they were BOGO on DoorDash, and now after trying them, I wouldn’t dream of ever buying one at full price.
