It was as good as I thought it would turn out.

I just wanna start by saying I would normally never make a review, but the two grown women working were absolutely rude and disrespectful. I was shocked. I went here after work between 4-4:30. ordered 3 drinks, I get up to the window and she gives me 4 drinks. I asked if I was charged for the 4th one because I did not order it, and she gets her manager. Her manager and the women are both at the window, and the manager says “shut up I got this” and reads my receipt extremely fast n asks if this is what I ordered I said yes but she did not say the 4th drink. She says ok that’s what you ordered and shuts the window. My receipt is still sitting at the window, doesn’t hand me it. I said can I get my receipt. I drive a little past the drive through, check my receipt and there it is. They both blatantly lied to my face saying I wasn’t charged for a 4th drink. When it’s clearly on my receipt. I’m not mad about the extra money I paid, even though I should be but more just shocked at how disrespect people are and to treat me like I’m stupid. I will not be returning. I understand people may hate their job/life, but you should not be working with people if you do not treat people with kindness and respect.

1 star only because I can't give 0. I stopped by tonight to get dinner for my kids and ordered two cheeseburger meals with only ketchup on the burgers. When we received the food, both burgers had ketchup, mayonnaise, onions, and tomatoes—none of which my kids eat. I brought the mistake to their attention and was told that the receipt didn't show "only ketchup," so they weren't sure what could be done. The server spoke with the manager, took the burgers back, and returned a few minutes later with what I was told were remade burgers. Unfortunately, when I got home and my kids opened their burgers, they had removed the ketchup but left all of the other toppings on them. It honestly felt like the burgers were remade out of spite rather than corrected. Instead of "only ketchup," they became "everything except ketchup." This was my first visit back in four years, and this experience reminded me why I stopped coming in the first place. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service and an apparent lack of concern for correcting those mistakes are unacceptable. I definitely will not be returning.

Love the food and drive thru is always quick. Stay good you guys

Went the other night through the drive through and there were 3 male employees outside the door smoking and vaping. When I pulled to the window the female working drive thru had to argue with them multiple times to come in to make the food. Once they went into the kitchen I didn't see them make any attempt to wash their hands. I cancelled the order and went somewhere else.

Despite the lack in communication the food and shakes are peak.

Advertising for a toy they dont even have. Then when you say something Karen gets mad and starts crying about how the order is correct.

I stopped by Sonic Drive-In just to grab milkshakes for my family, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. We placed a simple order for three shakes, but only two were given. Not a huge deal at first—but when we asked for the third, the employee forgot the order three separate times, and we had to keep repeating it. It was just a plain vanilla milkshake with no cherry, nothing complicated. When we finally got the last shake, my wife asked for a larger straw (since anyone who drinks a milkshake knows the small ones barely work). The employee refused and said those straws are only for “special drinks.” That’s honestly ridiculous. A paying customer can’t get a proper straw for a milkshake? It felt like arguing over something that costs pennies. The smaller straw makes it hard to even drink the shake. Overall, poor attention to orders and unnecessary restrictions made what should’ve been a quick, simple stop way more frustrating than it needed to be.

This place is a joke first pulled up to the stall where you can order the dude Cameron was so rude. Didn’t even speak back and when I was like hello to make sure they were still there he was like oh yeah I’m just putting in your order, proceeds to bring out the total wrong order what I mean I asked for crispy fries extra cold order a bacon smasher no bacon on the burger, but a cup of soggy bacon on the side, also pay for an extra side of smasher sauce, which was not included as well. I go back to have the manager fix it. They then proceed to give me a bag with just a burger not the crispy fries I have ordered and waited for not the extra sauce, not bacon on the burger. I give it back to them. The manager apologizes. She seemed to be very nice. I get home and I have a plane burger look up with a smasher burger has on it. This burger is just meat, cheese, bacon on the side in a pile of pickles, where is the lettuce tomato onion that makes the Burger if this was her first attempt OK I see but the third attempt and they still give me a plane cold nasty burger is beyond me and I’m not one to complain I k ow what having a bad day is or just a mistake but this is sad and ridiculous to be honest they should be ashamed 18 dollar meal how 3 orders later still wrong it’s just sad and honestly pathetic

We waited and waited in the drive through and no one took our order. After awhile we thought maybe the speaker was broken. We pulled up to the windows and saw 3 if the employees just standing inside, laughing and talking. One of them looked at us waiting and then turned away. We went just around the corner to Steak N Shake snd enjoyed an excellent shake with excellent service.

Some of the best service I've ever gotten at a fast food joint. Great team. Everything was fresh, and it was 30 min before close. Wish I could have tipped on card.

I ordered a sonic burger with chil tots. I paid extra for the chili and literally got maybe a half of teaspoon of chili and small order of tots instead of large. I called the store and the girl said that I would have to contact DoorDash for a refund. What they didn’t screw up my order sonic did. I hung up never will I order from there again

Ordered watch 4 other people order and get their food. We waited for 30min. Asked a server where our order was, she checked and brought out cold food. We reordered, waited 10 more minutes, still no food. Asked for a manager, server came back and said they refunded the food. We were very disappointed.

Sat at one of the screens for several minutes and no one came out so i decided to go to the drive-through to pick up a DoorDash order which was just one vanilla shake. When I told the employee the name for the order, she directed me to go back to a stall and I told her I had already been waiting for 10 minutes. She then told me that it was probably broken and still wanted me to go back to a stall and push the button again because her handing us the shake was slowing down her drive-through time and her general manager would tell me the same thing I told her to go get the general manager who came to the window and asked what the order name was. I gave her the name and she proceeded to go grab the shake. Once she handed me the shake, the general manager told me "next time go back around like the person said to" and shut the Window in my face and walked off. Rude, no customer service skills. Unprofessional employees and management. Friday, March 6 around 9 PM, 2026. Trifling wanna be important, must be slow, no people skills having child. So I took my time accepting the order in the drive through. Do better.
