Took my family from out of state out to dinner. Chicken had to be sent back three times still not done. Steamed veggies came out rare had to be sent back. Manager on duty, said o well. Have a good night.

Excellent services among all locals i have been, this one has the worst taste... ribeye flovorless...

We went with a large group, when we had more family shoe up than we expected they happy worked with us and got them seated right away at the table next to us.

Our server Valerie was spectacular with superior service and outstanding attitude. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

On Friday, 6/26 we placed a to go order, including an 8oz and 11oz sirloin. When we got home, both of our steaks were unfortunately charred and tasted disgusting. I called to let them know and the manager, Jessica ( I think that was her name!) was so quick to offer us a variety of solutions and apologized. Mistakes happen and we were thankful she offered a solution, as things aren’t cheap these days! It was kind of her to offer more than one solution, and I really think she went above and beyond here. I hope upper management sees this review and praises her for how she handled this! Again, mistakes happen! We love this location and will continue to frequent it.

My husband and I went to the Orange City location we wanted to have a nice dinner to celebrate our 30th anniversary. I am six weeks postop from a total knee replacement and a waitress named Danielle who was not even my waitress was super nice to me because I was on a cane and wanted us to know that we could get closer to the door next time if we wanted to sit closer and not have to go across the restaurant. She also checked in to make sure we were OK. I thought it was super nice. Our waitress was also very good (Taylor) . Food was excellent we were there at 5:30 on a Friday. Thank you Ladies and everyone at Texas Roadhouse for a Great experience !

Not just about the the good food but the great time you have.

Always a great time. Everyone is friendly, thorough and hospitable. Great margaritas and management always checks in. Minor issues on food orders sometimes but always corrected

Texas Roadhouse, consistent, what you expect.

There's never been a time my food was bad. There's never been a steak here I did not love. The service is dialed in like an old clock that strikes exactly on time. I don't know how they do this so efficiently and other restaurants cannot seem to hit the mark. If you want to run a nice effective restaurant, take a page from their book. I'm the pickiest customer on the planet and I've never complained here! 😂

We always get a pretty good meal. They were not very busy but we were there early on a Friday. I got the roadkill med. .rare perfect wife got the strip. If I had one complaint they are always heavy with the seasoning so I always say light or none. Always great service. Manager was more than accommodating.

loud tables of children screaming, baked potato was not cooked, and mashed potatoes were not creamy and had chunks, stakes were perfect though

This visit started off rocky with a table way in the far back which normally sounds great but the light was not operational and pretty dark, I told current waiter about it and if the blind could be lifted more and she said I don’t know you could try it and proceeded with order as I was looking at menu with my flash light. Then I asked about putting us on waiting list for a lighted table and she said ok then with a little extra so we decided to leave. On. The way out after a 30 plus minute wait I decided to speak with front desk about a table. And after several minutes we headed to the truck and had server come out and apologize and get us at a new lighted table with much much better server Danielle which turned our visit around. We are a regular Texas road house customer for many years out of orange park Florida where it’s always perfect…. Thanks for great service!

5-31-26 Clay was a great waiter even though the place was very busy. Food was good all around. Great experience. We were seated almost immediately with our group of 7 at 1pm on a Sunday!!

Poor service. I waited 45 min to get my food. My steak was overcooked and dry. They cut their steaks very thin so they appear bigger when served. And I had Forth Worth Ribeye, which is supposed to be their premium cut. I was sitting at the bar and the gentleman next to me sent his steak back three times before they got it right. I didn't want to send mine back due to long waiting time. Not best 40 bucks I ever spent. I certainly won't be coming back to this place.

We've been going to this location for many years now. They never disappoint. We had Kendall as our server, she was attentive, friendly and helpful. The environment is great, even the workers line dancing is fun. The food is always excellent whether you eat in the restaurant or order togo. The atmosphere is relaxing and laid back which is excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
