I Like that Mr. Mendez did not try to push unnecessary additional items to service, but provide information on future visits and expectations on additional cost and details on next service visit. I Guarantee You Would Walk In There Wanting A Certain Car N You Would Leave With A Car The Wasn't Even Your Choice Cus Thats What They Do. So Then They Sell You This Little Story HEY YOU KNOW I KNOW IS NOT THAT CAR YOU WANT BUT IS ALL WE CAN DO FOR YOU FOR NOW IF YOU GET IT YOU CAN COMEBACK A FEW MONTHS AND TRADE IT IN.. I went to Universal looking for a Nissan Frontier truck. I took a test drive with the salesman and afterwards he gave me a price with my trade. I wanted more for my trade so he asked a sales manager. The sales manager took over. He responded to my objections with rude comments. I said I don't need to listen to this and I don't need this truck. I informed another employee about his behavior and the sales manager left. I walked out. Universal is not the only dealer in town.
