I attended a teatime at the American Girl Bistro for my daughter's birthday. It was top notch! 👌 Our server was extremely friendly and made my girls feel seen, heard and special. The service was impeccable. The treats were tasty with a good mix of sweet and savory. Our server asked my daughter if she wanted the whole bistro to sing Happy Birthday to her or just our party which I thought was so thoughtful, kind and sweet. We ended our time in the store at the doll salon which was equally amazing. The hair stylist was joyful and bubbly. She listened so well to my girls chat non-stop and gave helpful hints on keeping their dolls in great condition. Every employee we encountered was attentive and nice. It was an afternoon that made a lasting memory and has us wanting to go back again.

Can't miss what you never had it

Lovely doll store. What a great experience for any child, and anyone who grew up with American Girl. The variety of dolls and clothing, as well as the historical aspect to many of the dolls, is wonderful. Additionally, the little bistro is super cute and a great experience.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The person that helped us knew everything about the doll my granddaughter was getting. They shipped my stuff to my home for me.

We took my almost 7 year old there today to get her and her dolls ears pierced for her birthday. Jo went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help her through it. She was incredibly patient with my daughter. We can’t thank her enough for all she did!!! She loves her job and it shows. You’re the best Jo!

We had such a special experience at the American Girl Store Orlando. The store itself is absolutely beautiful—everything is so well stocked, organized, and thoughtfully displayed. It really feels like stepping into a little world of its own. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the visit even more enjoyable. They took the time to answer questions and made my daughter feel really special throughout. We also did the tea party, and it was truly every little girl’s dream. Such a memorable experience! We ended up bringing home a new doll along with some accessories, and it made the whole day even more exciting. Overall, it was such a fun and magical visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a lovely experience shopping with my daughters. Lily made the experience extra special helping my daughter with all her questions and helped pierce her doll's ears and showed so much kindness to show she was very gentle with her doll. I also had a wonderful time chatting with Maria (cleaning) she was so welcoming. Finally we checked out with Flor which was so very helpful and made sure we were able to apply all our points to our sale. He even helped us learn about the pierced ears service which we immediately purchased. Over all I love the store and the staff. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
