Home away from home. This is our 3rd time at this resort and it never disappoints us. The room are clean and fresh upon arrival with the basic functional amenities fridge, microwave, TV, ac etc. Housekeeping staff are friendly, attentive and hard working. The pool and café are definitely accommodating for a quick fresh bite to eat or a frozen drink by the refreshing pool on that hot day. The location is across from icon Park and close to all attaching Disney world, universal studios etc. We will return.

It's like a large motel the way the rooms are set out. I would say that decoration wise our room was starting to look a bit tired but all was very clean and tidy. Everything was in there that was needed fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board toiletries on a personal note would have preferred a kettle as do not drink coffee can boil more water in kettle in a shorter time. All the staff reception, domestics cafe were all friendly and very helpful. On our first day we had issues with air conditioning and a small leak in the bathroom they were fixed within the next hour thanks to receptionist and engineer. Would recommend to anyone.

Disappointing room quality, great pool and location. We stayed for 8 nights, family of 4. Check-in was quick and easy (note: they charge for the entire stay upfront on day 1). We were assigned to the 4th floor; the elevator worked fine, but it didn't look like it belonged in a resort and it takes quite a while. On the way to the room, you can see guests' clothes and towels hanging over the railings, which looks very tacky. The room was the worst part. The appliances are of terrible quality. Starting with the fridge: it wasn't cooling well. We called the front desk and a staff member came to check the tiny fridge, only to say everything was "fine" and that they didn't have spare ones. Fortunately, it cooled a bit better the next day. The air conditioning is one of those wall units (looks like a motel) and even if you set it to 60°F, it doesn't cool properly. To be fair, outside temperatures were over 90°F, but the room temperature was still uncomfortable. The coffee maker is a joke; it's a strange model that no one can figure out. We never found the coffee pods or instructions on what to buy for it, and they just give you two paper cups. The TV was okay, though they swap out the remote control so you can only watch standard programming (no movie apps, etc.). The microwave was also okay. Overall, the appliances are so bad they make your stay difficult. Also, the ice machines didn't work; only one was functional, and it was in a different building. The best parts of this resort…

The room was a bit dirty and the bathroom as well, over all everything was great, however they should provide breakfast .

We were in town for the AAU Volleyball tournament. This is not a resort. It is a motel that is dirty. When we arrived the sheets were dirty. The window shade has mold on it. The pool is decent but not enough chairs to accommodate, especially during summer months. The bathroom has a heater and was turned on when we arrived so it took forever for our room to cool down. Location is decent. However, I should have paid a little more and stayed somewhere worth my money.

Rooms could be cleaner and need a bit of work done on them and cleaners need to no how to clean rooms properly

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, la habitación es muy cómoda y las comidas en el Café me sorprendieron gratamente. El servicio en el cafè fue excelente, especialmente Maggi, Antonio y Victoria con su simpatía, amabilidad y diligentes con la toma de orden, preparación y entrega. ¡Excelente servicio en el Café! El hotel podría mejorar el housekeeping porque en ocasiones hacían las camas y no dejaban toalla. Pero por lo demás no tengo quejas.

We stayed here for 3 days due to an event I had near by and decided to make it a little family vacation, but you get what you pay for. To begin with the room was sooooo dirty, it smelled like mold and the bathroom was filthy. The room floor was soooo dirty my toddlers feet got BLACK just walking around the bed playing, for some reason there was water coming out of the planks of the floor, making little puddles all around the room making it even filthier. The breakfast was not included which it is stated on the page, according to Expedia you pay a fee of 5-15 dollars per adult and children. We paid over $65 for 1 juice 1 milk and 3 breakfasts that were greasy and all throw in a plastic container with no dividers and all of the food thrown on top of each other. The pool was the nicest thing, but the towel bin was empty at all times (we were there for 3+ hours). Dont be fooled by the pictures the rooms are all just old and “painted” to look nice, I dont know if it was just our room or the floor we were on (1st) but the mold smell was unbearable. Location and the pool to some extent was the only thing worth about this place.

Sorry to say this, but this was the worst resort I have ever stayed at. The toilet was not working when we arrived. After calling the front desk four times, they finally sent someone to fix the clogged toilet. There was mold in every corner of the room, which is completely unacceptable for a resort that charges premium rates. The EV charging station also did not work, causing additional inconvenience during our stay. To make matters worse, the resort still charges more than $200 in resort fees despite these issues. For the price they charge, I expected much better maintenance, cleanliness, and service. I would not recommend staying here

This is the place for you if you like muggy rooms, paper thin walls, no service, and no regards to quiet hours. Once I entered the pool and bar looked fantastic! Then I entered the room with dirty towels, bug bites, dirty sheets, and realized I can hear conversations from every wall. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Hemos tenido muy buena experiencia, habitación limpia, cómoda y recién remodelada. Lo mejor es el agua caliente y con buen aire acondicionado.

The room smelled old and has mold. It's not as advertised on the internet. If you have the double bed room there's not much privacy, the bathroom is small and the vanity area is spacious but not closed off from the sleeping area. However, Maria Sanchez from receptionist is so warm, understanding, friendly and professional. If I go back it's because of the staff not because of the room.

Nos hemos hospedado en el Avanti International Resort por quinta vez y seguimos eligiéndolo cada vez que visitamos Orlando. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, las habitaciones son cómodas, las camas permiten descansar muy bien y la piscina es excelente. También valoramos mucho el horario de funcionamiento de la piscina, que nos permite disfrutarla después de un día de compras o paseos. Sin embargo, lo que realmente marca la diferencia en este hotel es su personal. Queremos destacar especialmente a Maggie y Antonio, del área de desayunos. Cada vez que venimos nos reciben con una sonrisa, una amabilidad excepcional y una atención que nos hace sentir como en casa. Después de tantas visitas, ya nos conocen y prácticamente los consideramos amigos. De hecho, cuando llegamos al hotel, una de las primeras cosas que hacemos es ir a saludarlos. Su profesionalismo, cariño y dedicación hacen que nuestra experiencia sea aún mejor. Personas como ellos son una de las principales razones por las que seguimos regresando al Avanti International Resort. Despite some communication issues between our booking company and the hotel, our stay was made much easier thanks to Lisa, the guest services manager. Although there was difficulty locating our booking reference, she was incredibly kind, patient, and proactive in helping us. Lisa made sure we had a room for the night and took the time to connect with the right people so everything could be sorted out the following day. She truly went above and beyond what we would have expected.

I don’t usually leave google reviews but this is one of the worst hotels me and my wife ever stayed in, served is garbage, it’s bug infested and they charge you all this money and the bed are broken.. don’t waste your your hard earned money.

It wasn't horrible, but it also wasn't great. I would spend a bit extra for more amenities. Morning coffee is 4$. Everyone was nice.

I’ve been here 5 times and I’ve never had a problem until this visit. I got an extremely upgraded room I’ve never received before under the same room I always book. Even being updated there’s roaches in this room. I brought it to front desks attention and they didn’t seem to care. Somehow Spent $50 for 3 drinks at the bar, 2 well Vodkas and 1 fireball shot. Even though I was just here last weekend for a work trip and those weren’t the prices. Save your money and go elsewhere. I won’t be returning.
