What diners say — our read

Recent diners are rating this place better than the back catalogue suggests. Service cuts both ways here, averaging 3.6 among the reviews that raise it. Serving size is the next most common subject, in 22% of reviews (averaging 3.5).

If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (9 reviews). The split is 13 positive to 4 negative across 18 rated reviews, with 1 in the middle. How clean the place looks shows up in 17% of reviews as well, averaging 3.3.

On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (100/100) with no violations cited. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. DBPR last walked in on May 28, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 100% of the restaurants we score. The inspector left without citing anything — worth noting, since most visits find something.

The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

Definitely, something for everybody here had a great experience. And the pool was amazing.

  • June 29, 2026

Very nice facilities, the weekend we went was full of families so it was not as easy to use the pool. Great location with shuttles to Disney springs. Breakfasts here are super recommended, good price, great variety. If your rooms faces the pool you will have loud noise til late at night.

Hotel was nice, but service was completely and utterly subpar. From check-in, we did not receive any explanation about any amenities, fees, or services. Our check-in receptionist gave us the most cold and unprofessional service ever. He did not smile, explain anything, or even let us know how to get to our room or what was included in our stay or deposit. Then, after that service went completely downhill. Throughout our stay, no one was willing to help us. Service came much later than expected, we waited 2 hours for luggage & room service, and once we tried to pick our luggage up, no one could help us for more than 30+ minutes. This is completely ridiculous, as many other guests expressed the same concerns, so we weren’t alone. If it wasn’t for the service, this hotel would’ve been amazing. Please fix this. As a member of Marriott Bonvoy, I expect much better.

I was here on a business trip and this hotel resort was absolutely amazing from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurants and conference centers. I would definitely come back to this resort.

Great service, lots of good options , clean rooms and great views

Thomas at the Latitude & Longitude was a wonderful host.

Mega resort with many nice eatery, shops and water parks. Shops and restaurants were a bit pricey but expected for this type of resort. I recommend asking for a room that overlooks the Waterpark instead of overlooking the convention center.

We loved our stay. We wish we would have had better luck with traveling by bus. You have to reserve a shuttle and the shuttle doesn't come as consistently as staying on property. We do love all the activities for kids.

Superior customer service across the entire property. Each morning we had excellent breakfast service and were thoroughly happy with Terry and Juan as our servers. See you next year!

I was just visiting my son at this hotel, it's a very large upscale place. There's a lot of things to do for all ages including a water park, swimming pool, games and more. There are restaurants inside and outside around the pool area.

Came here to celebrate my anniversary and found out a cockroach wants to share this great happiness with us. It feels like hitting a jackpot since I haven’t seen cockroach crawling next to my night stand for a while, not even in motels, let alone in a Marriott entity. Valet staff were extremely rude to begin with, and the staff was extremely slow in responding in the Marriott app. The Marriott elite check-in section even had longer wait time than the average check-in desk. Oh, wait! maybe the hotel management team wants to make the platinum elite member to exercise their leg a bit longer after hours of driving to this property😌. In room dining system was wonky. Probably I have to check my hotel room before settling in from now on after this great weekend! Probably not gonna be back again, lol!

Rooms are good when u look at them.. but AC are horrible they hardly cool.. i complained twice.. but it hardly helped. Pillows are old and not at all comfortable. This both created lot of uncomfort. There are no Microwave in rooms. Swimming pool is good.

I'm only giving this 1 star because that's the one rating review people read the most. Overall good property. However, here are the issues we experienced. 1. Bathroom floor was not cleaned/rinsed properly. Our slippers stuck to the floor and would make a stocking sound as we walked through the room on the vinyl tile. Very annoying. 2. We tried to cancel daily room service and asked for it every third day. Like every other Marriott property I've stayed at, the request was ignored. So much for customer service. 3. 90 minutes before we were originally scheduled to check out (requested and received 2:00p checkout), we returned to our room and were locked out. I checked my app. The reservation had been modified by someone 2 days prior and checkout changed to 11:00a without any notification from Marriott. Not cool. 4. The hotel hosts large conferences and is very loud during these conferences. I advise asking about conferences before booking a room. It was very annoying at times. 5. Everything shuts down at midnight, so make sure you get what you need prior. The one person who was super helpful and friendly was Koral. She was awesome!

I couldn't believe that with the price they charge for a room that they would also charge you to parking, 50 bucks a night just for parking

Excelente hotel, sus salones para eventos son muy buenos y tienen espacios generosos, el personal es muy amable, vale la pena estar aquí. Todas las instalaciones estan bien cuidadas.

    Outstanding customer service

I stayed at the Orlando World Center Marriott over Memorial Day weekend and overall had a good experience, but there were a few things that could be improved. The highlights were definitely the water slides, lazy river, and the variety of food options available throughout the resort. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was great, and valet service was efficient and convenient. We also appreciated the shuttle service to Disney, which made transportation much easier. A few things kept the stay from being excellent. The pillows were extremely soft and offered very little support. The main pool was surprisingly shallow throughout most of the pool, which was unexpected for a resort of this size. For families with younger children, I also felt the kiddie pool area was too small given the number of guests staying at the resort. One of my biggest complaints was the atmosphere at the pool in the afternoons and evenings. The DJ often turned the pool area into more of a nightclub vibe than a family resort environment. While some guests may enjoy that energy, it wasn’t what we were looking for during a family vacation. Overall, we enjoyed the resort amenities, especially the lazy river and slides, and the convenience of the Disney shuttle. With a few adjustments to the family pool experience, this would be an even better destination for families visiting Orlando.

I had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Orlando World Center and wanted to recognize several team members who made my visit especially memorable. First, I was incredibly grateful for my beautiful room and the amazing view of the Disney fireworks and laser show each night. It truly elevated the experience. The pool area and water slides were also a highlight—so much fun and one of the best resort amenities I've enjoyed. A special thank you to Jean at the front desk reception. Jean was exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She remembered me throughout my stay, had a wonderful sense of humor, and genuinely made the entire experience feel personal and special. I'd also like to recognize Koby at Latitude & Longitude for preparing some of the best omelettes I had during my stay. Every meal was excellent. Miriam at Latitude & Longitude was equally wonderful. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a huge smile. Seeing her each morning made breakfast an even more enjoyable experience. Finally, thank you to Nicholas at the Bell Stand for sharing excellent recommendations for places to visit at Disney Springs. His suggestions helped me make the most of my trip. The combination of outstanding hospitality, beautiful accommodations, great dining, and fun amenities made this an exceptional stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning in the future.
