One of my favorite places to eat after work and in DP!! UPDATE!!!! Worst customer service and worst manager. They had a special going on for shrimp for national sushi day and I asked because I’m allergic to shrimp if they could switch it to chicken and they said no I’d have to pay full price. Not to mention the last two times the coworkers were lollygagging when there was people waiting, and one of them didn’t even have gloves on while bringing out food and touching fish items behind the bar. Also, there were about three times when I came home without any chopsticks, no wasabi and none of the toppings that were ordered with my sushi rolls. This place has gone downhill from the past 10 years and I’ve been a local and a very reliable customer, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they shut down sooner than later due to the lack of customer service and cleanliness of this place not to mention their bathrooms are disgusting. Another addition to show how clean they are with their ingredients that they put in your sushi and your food. Their garden is located by trash cans, filthy dumpster area and moldy air-conditioning units behind the back of the building where people walk through consistently, throwing trash behind there as you can see in the photos below. Best part of it all is they let homeless continuously sit outside in the front at their tables (without telling them to move, leave )eating other peoples food while all of us paid local and loyal customers have to look at that…

I thought I knew what great food tasted like… and then I walked into my favorite Pan-Asian restaurant. The first bite was so unbelievably good that I’m convinced the chefs have discovered some ancient secret passed down through generations. Every dish arrives looking like a masterpiece and somehow tastes even better than it looks. The flavors are so perfectly balanced that I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if historians one day wrote about this place. Future generations will gather around dinner tables telling stories of the legendary meals served here, and traveling musicians will sing songs about the restaurant that changed what people believed food could be. Centuries from now, children will ask, “Was it really that good?” and their grandparents will smile and say, “Better.” The service is just as incredible. Everyone treats you like family, and you leave feeling like you’ve been part of something special rather than just eating a meal. I’ve eaten at restaurants all over, but nothing comes close to this place. If there were a rating higher than 10/10, they’d deserve it. Absolutely amazing food, amazing people, and an experience that feels almost mythical. 10/10 — I will absolutely be back, and I have a feeling the legends about this place are only just beginning

I had a great experience with the Korean chicken bento box. The chicken was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and had just the right balance of sweetness and spice. The portions were generous, and everything in the box complemented each other well, making for a satisfying and delicious meal. The sides were fresh and well-prepared, adding variety and balance to the meal. Everything was neatly packaged and presented, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the quality, taste, and value made this a five-star meal. I’ll definitely be ordering the Korean chicken bento box again!

Ordered online and couldn't use my reward points. It said there was an error. Spoke with the front end manager and said she couldn't or wouldn't do anything about it. She only said we can order 15$ more worth of food and she can try and see if that works. She said if we order walking in instead of ordering online...

I am an asian from cali.... first time... the black manager was so nice and knew lots of things... smiling and love the service. typically I won't leave tips for Togo order, I did 15%

I tried to redeem a reward through their app and it wouldn't let me. So we spoke to a manager about it and said there is nothing she can do. She said we would have to order again and it has to be over 15$. I drove 35 there and 35 minutes back home... In situations like this the Front End Manager should honor this as it was a mistake in the app. She was not very customer friendly! It does not say redeem in store. I don't know if I will be coming back!

I never have a bad experience when I come to Bento Cafe, the food and service are consistently excellent and superb. Self ordering kiosks are a nice plus but the staff are also very friendly when it comes to ordering and requests.
