BOI BRAZIL CHURRASCARIA

He ido varias veces. Pero hoy fui mi última vez en este lugar. Tuve un servicio tan malo casi ausente. Fuimos 5 personas. El lugar no estaba lleno. Teníamos que estar llamándolo para todo porque no estaba para nada pendiente. Pedimos un jugo a alguien q paso ya que nuestro mesero no aparecía y 10 minutos después aun nadie había traído el jugo. Tuvimos q pedirlo por segunda vez. El menú de postres igual tuvimos que esperar q apareciera en el salón para pedirlo y luego volver a llamarlo para decir q postre queríamos. Nunca nadie vino a la mesa a ver que necesitábamos si deseábamos postre o algo mas. La cuenta fue igual pedirla esperar más de 15 minutos para que la trajeran esperar que vinieran a recoger la tarjeta Y encima ponen 18% de gratuidad incluida obligatoria que no lo decía en ninguna parte ni menú. Cuando salíamos otro cliente estaba dando una queja similar por mal servicio y me sume a este. Y el que parecía ser el jefe dijo lo sentimos estamos buscando hoy. En serio?? Cuando llegue no había casi nadie esa no es una respuesta. Y la comida hoy no estaba como siempre tampoco algunos coryes estaban sosos.el mousse de pasión fruit era un agua. Ahh y no esperen el quesito con miel que no tenian. Muy decepcionada

Tuve una experiencia excelente en Boy Brasil Churrasquería. Desde que llegamos, todos los empleados nos trataron con mucha amabilidad y respeto. El servicio al cliente fue espectacular; se nota que el personal se esfuerza por hacer sentir cómodos a los visitantes. La comida estuvo deliciosa, con una gran variedad de carnes y acompañamientos de muy buena calidad. Además, estaban transmitiendo el juego de golf, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más entretenida para los que disfrutamos de los deportes 🏐 El ambiente es sano, tranquilo, familiar y seguro, ideal para compartir con amigos o familiares. Definitivamente volveré y lo recomiendo al 100%. ¡Excelente comida, excelente servicio y excelente ambiente!

Pésimo lugar, no pierdan su dinero ni su tiempo en familia en este lugar, me lo agradecerán

I took my husband here for his birthday during the Bite30 offer. When we came in there were two other families, but other than that the place was a ghost town which should have clued us in. As we sat down we were greeted with a little bread basket which normally is great, but this bread had been sitting for so long that it was hard and a little stale. The salad bar and sides were not only lacking in options compared to other steakhouses, also it all looked old from just sitting there. The service team were very nice and attentive. Another disappointing part was the actual meat selection itself. We were not served not one cut of fresh or hot meat. Every meat especially the chicken and pork looked like it had been sitting there for hours. Over cooked and warm if you got lucky. The taste and seasoning of the meats were mediocre to say the least. Oh and please be aware normally Bite30 offerings include the 3 courses, not here however, dessert is separate. Needless to say, I didn't want to disappoint my husband even more with a most likely lack luster dessert so we left and got a sweet treat else where.

Foi aniversario do meu filho,e alem da comida ser otima,os garçons fizeram um otimo trabalho e deram um pudim com uma vela e cantaram os parabens para o meu filho.

We went to the late lunch, early dinner and there weren't many people there but the service was still superb. The salad bar and hot bar were both fresh and had a good variety . The meat came out very quickly and all selections were delicious. Waiter checked on us a couple of times and kept our drinks refilled. We also ordered dessert I had the fudge and petite gateau for my husband. Both were so yummy, perfect ending to a delicious meal. There was some group just inside the door trying to get you to download an app offering you $15 off your meal cost. I'm not sure if its legit but the lady before me couldn't get it and neither could I because their "orb" couldn't recognize me as a person. Kinda' wonder if anybody really got the discount. They were not affiliated with the restaurant I don't believe. The restaurant was bright and clean and we enjoyed our dining experience.

All the meats was cooked perfect, tender,juicy, etc.

We've been to many Brazilian steakhouses, so we have a good basis for comparison, and the serving experience here is definitely on the weaker side. The meat lacked a good sear and almost tasted boiled rather than grilled, plus the overall selection was pretty sparse. It's an okay place to just grab a basic lunch, and I was originally going to give it 4 stars. However, I dropped it to 3 stars because of a deceptive practice at the end. The waiter explicitly told me that gratuity was not included, but when I checked the receipt myself, the tip had already been added. Watch your bills closely.

Food and customer service here are always great, have frequented this place for many years, on Mother’s Day, they had a 40 dollar per person special and for what you got it was a great deal!

Llegamos como que un poco temprano pero ir como de las 2 en adelante es buena idea sacan más variedad de carnes nosotros llegamos en hora del almuerzo cuando ni bien abrieron las carnes fueron pocas , y como a la 1 ya empezaron con una gran variedad, y si el mesero luego explico que tanto en el almuerzo y la cena sirven diferentes tipos de carnes, pero es todo delicioso 😋😋 y los acompañantws son geniales...

Excellent experience great food it's so good I've driven 4 hours just eat there and go home I come every two months to Disney and there's not one time I've miss love the food great presentation awesome staff try it you won't be disappointed.
