JR is the best in what he do , he make me feel very welcome and it’s funny and take care about me

Caught in rainstorm at Universal and JR took wonderful care of us. Very patient with our questions and ordering.

J.R. was our server and he made our time at Bubba Gump so enjoyable! Friendly and fast service and he was very entertaining as well.

Food & drink were very good: enjoyed a bowl of gumbo and a Jack Daniel’s tea. Hit the spot. This review is specifically for my server Christina. There is no more cute, sweet, effervescent or attentive person across all of Universal’s Citywalk. She is exceptional and I will always ask for her section any time I return. Do yourselves a favor, folks: ask for Christina!

The food is not as good as the Sean the server. His personality and easy way of recommending dishes is intoxicating, I can't wait to come back!

First time here and we will definitely be back many times. The whole experience was great. The food was awesome but the service was over the top. Our waiter Sean was absolutely the best! So friendly helpful, funny. We only hope when we return we can have another Sean experience. He made it over the top!!! Love it. Thanks

Thank you bubba and thank you LEROY! Came in clutch by making me a mean AP (those who know). And was served an excellent dish of captains fish and chips, which was absolutely delectable. May have not done swell on trivia but was shown respect from our wonderful server Leroy.

LeRoy brought the energy we needed on this gloomy Monday night here in Orlando. Probably the best vacation dinner EVER all because of Bad Bad LeRoy Brown!! Will dine here again!

Bubba Gump is our go to spot every time we come to universal and it continues to outdo itself each and every time! The food was delicious (not surprised, it always is). I got the dippin boil 15/10, make sure to dip your garlic bread in the sauce! Also a big thank you to Doug he is just the best! He took amazing care of our family. I hope everyone gets the pleasure to have him as their server!!! WE WILL BE BACK! :)))

Adrien was amazing and efficient. Super fast and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Keeping drinks filled on a hot and busy day isn't easy but she sure made it a priority and it was super appreciated! We will be back when we visit Orlando! Thank you!
