BUFFALO WILD WINGS

We ordered the ultimate nachos with chili as an appetizer. We also ordered wings with the new golden fire sauce. The wings came out but no nachos. We asked about them. No answer. The new wing sauces a very tasty, medium spice sauce. Eventually, the nachos came out. They were cold with stale chips and almost no chili. I asked about the chili and the server said that it was hiding in there somewhere. So, the wings were very good. The nachos were terrible. And the service was just okay.

Alex was great! He’s very patient and catered to our toddler who was set on destroying everything in sight! Thank you for being patient, positive and attentive to our needs Alex , it is truly appreciated! Our food was also 10/10 tonight!

I’m writing this review as I wait on a take order that should’ve been ready 10 minutes ago. I use to come to this location all the time, and I don’t know if they’re under new management, but the service has really gone downhill here. Two weeks ago, on a Friday, I walked in and was seated immediately. It was 12:25am. They closed at 2am. They left me waiting for 20 minutes, and no one came to check in on us or take our order. Not once. So we walked out and left. Two employees walked out at the same time and didn’t say a thing. Now, there are many employees, only 4 tables are occupied, and they’ve had me waiting for 25 minutes for a pick up order (10 bone in wings. Very simple). I don’t think I’ll be coming back if it continues like this.

Best service ever

Buffalo Wild Wings is always a solid choice. The food is consistently good, and the service is friendly and attentive. Whether you’re stopping by to watch a game or grab a meal, it’s a great spot for wings and a good experience.

Buffalo Wild Wings ist absolut einen Besuch wert. Die Wings waren richtig lecker mit großer Auswahl an Saucen und Schärfegraden, dazu kamen knusprige Pommes und eiskalte Getränke. Besonders die lockere Sportbar-Atmosphäre mit den vielen Bildschirmen hat uns gefallen – perfekt, um nebenbei Sport zu schauen und entspannt zu essen. Der Service war freundlich und schnell, das Essen kam frisch und heiß an den Tisch. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die gute Wings und eine coole Atmosphäre mögen.

Came here on 04/29/2026 My boneless wings were really hard and I ordered chicken tenders with fries before this and my chicken tenders were really hard and I asked to make it fresh for me and they said that that's the way they make them and they refuse to cook the chicken tenders that I ordered the waiter is nice but the food was really horrible whoever is out there and you're interested in this place don't come here it's a waist of time and money they need to fire the cook who's in there or something

The place was obviously under staffed. I ordered a drink and it was brought out after we finished eating. My husband had to get up and track down our server to get our check. The food was good. There needs to be a serious review of the ADA parameters. I am using a walker and it was very hard to get through to the restroom. Once I arrived at the restroom, it was all but impossible to open the door. It was so heavy, I couldn't open it. It opens out, so you can see how well that works with a walker. I can't imagine with a wheelchair. We had never been to BWW before and actually came in for the bottomless appetizers, there were so many good looking foods that we both ordered a cheese steak sandwich. It was good. I started feeling sick and was sick the whole night. I had onion rings and they were delicious. I'm not sure what made me sick, but it was miserable. IDK if we'll visit BWW again, but I signed up for some loyalty program (so I was optimistic!) I had received some sort of code via text for the loyalty program and I asked the server about it and was told that they didn't have anything like that and the points would be emailed to me. SMH

Loved the sliders with my Mango Habanero wings.

Great service. I forget our servers name it wasn't TJ but it was two initials. The young man was prompt, kept us refilled and worked his section well during the games.

Riley was such an awesome server I can’t believe I was blessed with someone as cool as her!! I’ll 1000% be back to see her!

I really enjoyed the Buffalo Wild Wings to go at councurse A at Boston International airport. It was a really nice surprise to see them there !!!

The food was tasty, with good flavor and quality. The service was very good, and the atmosphere was pleasant, making it a great overall experience. Although it’s a bit pricey for the portion size, I still think it’s worth visiting. I’ve been to other locations of this place, but this one has definitely been one of the best experiences.

Come here pretty often and the wings are always good and consistent but wouldn’t say they’re the best in town. The flavor is amazing though.

I was at a place where I was limited on time and closings so I had to choose this place to eat at I have other issues with my health and I should have known better. But I went ahead and ate already well within a few hours I was deathly ill. I assume they put MSG monosodium glutamate into their food. I had a really severe reaction. It's a shame that these places to choose to use something that people are very allergic to and don't make it obvious. They hide the fact that they use it. I hope never to get it that place again or any other place that uses MSG.

Ordered food from them through doordash. Through delivery was great but the food was not. They had the sticker in the item that clearly said no pickles, tomato, lettuce, or American cheese, add pepper jack cheese. So what did we get..... a burger with everything on it and American cheese no pepper jack. 😒 it was almost midnight so we weren't trying to wait another 40 minutes for them to remake the order.

Terrible place ! The streaming for the games is always lagging. The server gives a mediocre service. Did an order to go after and the forgot to put ranch. So they read the order needs ramch and then dont put any ranch in it? Great. Margaritas taste like medicine. Even the bathrooms are dirtyyyy!!!!

The wait for the food was too much! A Burger and 6 boneless wings a wait of 1 hour +. The food was ahhhh average nothing to be ok with. 2 tables came after us and have their food before us. We asked and it was on it way. Shotout to ALEX for be so professional, attentive and very corteous, not his fault of poor management on timing and have the kitchen be more aware of timing and order. It is 2 stars because of ALEX. If you read this you was the reason of a better experience.

Terrible experience today. We were seated near the bar and while they were somewhat busy, we had absolutely no one come by and check on us from the beginning. We waited several minutes and saw them wait on tables with customers that came in later than us. No acknowledgment at all. When we tried to let one of the worker know why we were leaving, he had no reaction and essentially blew us off. Not going to this location any more.
