The absolute worst burgers I’ve ever eaten on earth. Almost threw up

Wow! First time here and very impressed! Food was excellent. Had the Ultimate Bacon Burger and it was fantastic! Will try the chicken tenders next time.

The meal looked overcooked, and when I tried it, it tasted burnt. The food was a blackish-brown color. I’ve been here before, and it wasn’t like this. I ordered the same meal again, but they gave me the same onion rings and fries, which were cold and disappointing. The service was also very poor. It wasn’t like this before, so I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

BurgerFi is a kool burger spot I will definitely be back. It's kind of smash burger style which I like when I am the mood for them. They do it right with a nice selection (not too many choices) and fresh toppings. The fries were also good. Service was great and the food came out fast and hot. The music Playlist nice too, good vibes!

This location has definitely stepped up! Burgers were delicious and the menu has a lot more nowadays. Ari and Leah were awesome to us as well, very patient with my 4 year old!

This was unexpected... but so glad we stopped in. Customer service was EXCELLENT! The burgers were Amazing, the shakes delicious and smooth. Highly recommend this spot!! Can we please get someone to open a franchise in Winter Haven near me!!!

This was one of the worst burger fi experiences. Burger was tasteless, I ordered a breakfast all day, that should have been full of flavor and it was not. The fries were overcooked and stale, as if they were there for sometime. Customer service was good but unfortunately the food didn't match it.

Ava provided superb service.
