Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
These 21 reviews do not converge on a single verdict. Reviewers who mention front-of-house rate this place 4.4 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour. After that, wait times appears most often — 29% of the corpus, averaging 3.3.
The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (12 of 21). A third strand, value for money, appears in 19% of them at 3.3 stars. The split is 16 positive to 2 negative across 21 rated reviews, with 3 in the middle.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (94/100), 1 intermediate and 3 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. The visit behind that grade was April 17, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. That puts it ahead of 56% of graded kitchens in Orange County. For specifics, the last inspection cited food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and floors, walls, ceilings clean & maintained.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Was a interesting trip - people were in the drive through beeping horns. One even parked in drive through lane and walked inside. Most important - food was good. But the place was chaotic.

I get to the drive-through, wait about 3 minutes or so and this is how it went: Woman: go ahead with your order.. Me: may I please get a giant fish sandwich? Woman: that it? Me: yes, thank you. Woman: pull around Get to the window.. Woman: $6.39 Me: hands card and coupon.. hi, thank you Woman: rolls her eyes, hands me card back and sits on a chair and gets on her phone. Woman: hands me the bag as an inconvenience for her with an attitude. Me: thank you, have a good night. Woman: nothing I come here because of the friendly service and this is unacceptable. I’ve never seen this woman before and I come a lot and I will not patronize a business that hires people like this. All the other staff is friendly and nice.. this woman, not even close. Don’t believe me? Run your cameras 8:30-9:00 06/02. Only respond to this telling me when that woman is replaced so I can go back because I will not be back until then.

The food was on point, drive thru was slow. Maby they were short staffed but still worth the wait👍

Decent enough seafood fast food spot, but the key word is fast food and seafood doesn't actually go together so it's an oxymoron to each its own,all things considering it's a c or c minus tires if spot something to experience I've done not my to property to revisit, but it's possible along my walk of life I may throw them a bone or 2 respectfully

$5.99 fish & fries!
-
I was just picking up for someone else ! It's creepy how u know we're I've been when I really don't remember ! Shouldn't I get paid for this !
-
Food was fine and so were the servers. But my advice is, whatever your advertised opening time, make sure fryers etc. are already hot enough by then to make orders.

Something different for a change. Better than overpriced slabs of meat(?) that McDonald's is trying to pass off as hamburger.
-
Great staff Even after food was misplaced they up held me coming back to get the rest of my order will visit them

I don’t understand why people hate on fast food seafood. I will gladly show my face everytime and devour myself a fish a shrimp platter. Service was terrible but hey it’s Orlando so ya know I’m not expecting to be treated like the queen of England or nothing. Food is great as always and it’s clean inside. Sometimes I feed the stray cat outside my leftover fish.

It was great
-
The food is delicious and good, but you have to be aware that the fish is deep-fried, so if you don’t like too-fried food, this is not a place for you.
-
Great customer service, food is always good, if ordering a family meal except a wait cause its made to order here.
-
Cheap food.
-
Fish was delicious, side dishes could have been better

I will likely never step foot in this place again. Which sucks because I really want to support a fast food seafood place since Long John's hardly exists anymore... Heck even Captain D's barely exists. However, I can not in good faith support this place. I came in today and ordered a simple two-piece fish and fries meal deal and a two for $5 chocolate cake... First off I waited well over 20 minutes just to get my food. And when I got home and opened my plate I noticed that they initially put coleslaw on my plate... Instead of getting a new plate they instead took the coleslaw out and put old stale fries in place ... I also believe that the plate had more than just two pieces of fish because of the sheer amount of crumbs makes me believe that this plate was an incorrect order. And instead of giving me a new plate they just repurposed the meal for me. And that really sucks because I was extremely nice to you... And you guys did me dirty like that.
