CARRABBA'S ITALIAN GRILL

I feel really bad saying this as my server was nice I still left twenty percent but my experience was bad initial service was good but after that I was left when I mentioned this and waiting for pasta was long . I sat along time and a few other weren’t happy it wasn’t packed so not sure what was going on . I was there a few hours . The manager offered free desert after that my server came and he’s polite but maybe had too many tables I waited I had to ask another server for the bill and he left the machine with me I figured it out paid my bill found pen in my bag and gave him back as he was serving another table the card machine . People were nice but service was so so slow and my pasta honestly was really awful tasting I couldn’t taste the sausage . Normally I feel bad to leave a comment but if people weren’t nice I wouldn’t have paid and sadly that’s the truth I don’t know what happened tonight but honestly it was probably the worst I’ve had in years as in slow and bad dinner the check thing sorting it out myself wasn’t nice . A couple at the bar didn’t have a nice time either . 😢

Not busy on Sunday morning. We had party of 7 for birthday celebration and the service was outstanding.

What a great experience for a change. Great service, great food, and quick waiting time for food. Love the bread, and the chicken marsala is amazing, although I think the marsala sauce was different, but the creamy one they used to have, and only 4 mushrooms. All in all it was great, just disappointed in the marsala sauce

Natalie was the best! Wonderfully attentive without being interruptive. She helped us have a lovely birthday celebration.

I had my first experience at Carrabba's in Orlando recently and it was phenomenal. I had the chicken with lemon and capers, it was so good. Fresh, hot and such a wonderful flavor. The service was great. I will be back.

This was me and my bf’s first time in a carrabbas, Natalie was so attentive and communicated with us at every point possible. She was so personable and handled the busyness with her whole chest. Thank you for everything. Our date night was wonderful with you! Shout out to the whole staff, we watched them work together and the food was delicious so literally every hand did a fantastic job. That peach cobbler was fan freaking tastic too Edit: NATALIE BABE I HOPE YOU GOT YOUR 2 DESSERTS CAUSE THE KNICKS WON BABBBYYYYYY!!!!!!!!! (Don’t worry I didn’t buy a pack of ciggies❤️)

Ali provided outstanding service from start to finish! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. We have dined at Carrabbas many times. Natalie, our server, is a wonderful complement to the experience. She does act like a friend or cousin & is very thoughtful.

Kevin was my server and he was excellent! The food was amazing and Steven the manager was very pleasant. I love the environment and the music creates an excellent atmosphere. Overall great experience. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

She has that rare gift of making guests like us feel like old friends rather than transactional customers. She anticipated our needs, checked on us at just the right times, and made the entire evening feel effortless and fun. Carrabba’s is fortunate to have someone as wonderful as Natalie on their team. Everything is great about Carrabba's but the price is quite high. They give ALOT of food so it makes sense that they chare so much. I would believe more people would like to pay less and have slightly smaller portions. I split the chicken piccatta with my wife and we enjoyed it.

I asked Steven Hayes how he manages to consistently hire such great people at his restaurant. The obvious answer is that work ethic, good attitude and excellent service starts at the top, ie the management. I have been at this location several times and have observed Mr. Hayes working with his staff. His method of leadership seems to be working!!

Ali was our server, and I’d give him a perfect 10 out of 10. We haven’t been to Carrabba’s in years. He walked us through all the great gluten free options, and we absolutely loved our meals. Thank you Ali (not sure of spelling) for providing such a great experience.

Update: You asked to me contact you at the address below. I did. Your email reply said a GM would call me. He it is weeks later and Nothing..!!!! IMAGINE THAT, A company that doesnt care about their customer and doesnt follow threw and only wants to take my money and pretend they are.......!!!! The service was Horriable at Best. Our food took forever to get. Management needs to evaluate being under staffed. Because the workers where doing what they could with the people they had. We probably won't be back because of the Horriable service. You know it's horrible when a manager doesnt come around and ask how everything was. Because they already know. You lost a regular customer.
