25,000 volleyball players. Huge fees for parking. Very few handicap parking. Inside has seating for 10% of patrons between games. Who runs this place? Some folks can't simply sit on the floor.

Humongous building! Very cool and decent kept. Freezing lol they must have had the temp at 65 the whole week. Lots of food options from vendors (but obviously pricey) parking was crazy but there was construction going on at the building plus other events on top of our 8 weeks of AAU Volleyball Nationals we had. So busy busy, but they handled it pretty well!

Attended conference for one week. It was hot outside but convention center was cool. Lot of food options as well. We were in west side.

Only few convention centers like Orlando in the world. Very unique and perfectly accessible for any part of the city.

Went there for the girls national volleyball event. Concessions very expensive better take out a second mortgage if you're going to feed a family.

My daughter wanted a volleyball sweatshirt we were stopped at the entrance and told I would have to leave my purse in the floor by the sign- No Thanks. Then we proceeded to get food and when exiting the food area ( you are still in same building) they have to scan your ticket again and go through your belongings. I would say this place is over the top. Not a pleasant experience this year. Picture of my purse, and picture of how many people were in the store. How many of you would want to leave your purse while you’re out of town in the floor by a sign?

To whoever is responsible for the signage at the Convention Center: Congratulations. Thanks to your utterly useless signage, I've just spent over an hour wandering around in circles like a complete idiot. I needed to get to the North Hall. Naturally, I followed the signs marked "North," because that's what signs are supposed to be for. Instead of taking me to the North Hall, they led me all the way to the Hyatt hotel. So there I was, walking around in scorching heat—about 110°F in the shade—like a complete fool, trusting that the signs might actually know where the North Hall was. After more than an hour of this nonsense, I finally discovered that the North Hall and the South Hall are part of the same damn building. The same building. Meaning I could have walked in through the South entrance from the start and been done in five minutes. Whoever came up with this signage system has managed to turn a simple walk across a convention center into a ridiculous endurance event. It's genuinely impressive how something designed to help people find their way does the exact opposite. Next time, it might be worth putting up signs that actually lead people where they're trying to go.

Clean and very spacious

Cell phone signals are almost non existent, so you log onto the guest WiFi that you have to register and sign in to, except it logs you off every 3 minutes. I’ve literally signed into it 50+ times in the last 24 hours. Then, pushing a wheelchair we have to wait for an elevator to go up, go through the entrance gate, then take another elevator to go down to the convention floor. Over priced convention center food is typical, $21 to park a mile away is stupid. I’ve been to a lot of volleyball tournaments in venues with 100+ courts, this is the worst so far.

Outside of trying to find parking, it was good. It's a huge venue with different wings,so know exactly where you are going or it could be an unfun time. I was there for basketball and they let you bring whatever you wanted in as far as food and drinks go. They had a lot of options including Starbucks, a burger spot, a Chinese restaurant, and regular concession stand. They probably had more, but I couldn't go everywhere

We had the Volleyball nationals and it was perfect and well maintained the only problem is food was expensive

What a cluster! Employees had no idea how to assist. Parking was a nightmare that was beyond unclear. It’s almost as if they don’t know how to prepare for large crowds. Under staffed with knowledgeable employees who could not help with even simple questions. The lack of planning, the lack of any kind of care for the conference attendees is laughable. They care about $$$. They’re quick to take it and give you terrible service. And they serve Pepsi! Overall, nothing positive to say about this poor excuse for a convention center.

My experience with the parking system was very disappointing. I purchased a multi-day parking pass and later lost the green parking permit that is required to be displayed in the vehicle. That is when I discovered there is no solution for customers who have legitimately paid for their parking. I was able to provide proof of purchase, including the original QR code, my reservation information, and the charge on my bank account. However, I was informed that replacement permits are not issued under any circumstances. I understand the need to prevent misuse of parking passes, but those policies should not penalize customers who can clearly prove they paid for the service. If the system already tracks reservations digitally and issues QR codes linked to each purchase, there should be a reasonable way to verify the purchase and assist customers when a permit is lost. Unfortunately, the current policy offers no practical solution and creates an unnecessary burden for honest customers who have already paid.
