got me orders completely wrong and i had missing items. the cool part was the cook who was sagging his pants. awful experience.

This location used to be good but now they will let you drive away without some of the food you ordered and then when you ask why they say "oh we didn't have it" so... Why not tell me that beforehand or just refund my money? It's been multiple times at this location. Missing sauces, missing items, etc and NO ONE communicates that to you even when you drive up to get your food! I wouldn't be mad if they were upfront with me, at all, I get it, supply chain and the economy is not the best but, if I ordered it and you don't even have the COURTESY to tell me not all of my food that I PAID MONEY FOR isn't in the bag then that is stealing and also poor management/staff. This location needs some serious coaching because I won't be going back to this here anytime soon. This review used to be 5 stars years ago but now it's 1.

Food is always good.. surprisingly they were stingy with the ketchup.. I got 3 packets.. 1 chicken sandwich, hotdog, and fries..

Too many homeless people in the front of the building... I don't get how this is acceptable for the establishment, it's dirty , it's nasty it's unsafe ! I wouldn't come to this checkers at all with all the homeless people on the patio and walking around all over the parking lots and front area ! One came up to my car begging for money and wouldn't stop harassing me !! I also ordered a milkshake from here and it tasted really really really bad.. I am in a community of people and I will let them know that this Checkers is disgusting. I would suggest shutting this location down.

Very polite and quick service

There's a girl with glasses I think her name was Chey , Very amazing very social and was very accommodating!! She made sure we got everything we needed and for our order to be proper and right We visited on Saturday and it was super busy me and my girls just got out from the club that day she was taking our order and assisting everyone else I am amazed I saw one girl on her phone not helping her I would like to say that's isn't very fair but overall I will be coming back she introduced new food items which I'm very interested in trying next time.

The staff was nice but we went through the drive-through and they still made us park to wait for our food even though no one else was behind us. Not sure what the company's time restraints have changed to for the drive-through window but it's making the customer service bad for drive-through customers. We were not the only ones that had to park to wait for food in the 20 mins we waited. Three other people drove through while we waited and all were told to wait in the parking area. If they hadn't charged my card already I would have left.

Compare to other checkers, this one is heaven. My experience here are 9/10, most of time it’s a great place to eat.

Nastiest burger that tasted like rotten mushrooms. Also didn’t have the shake, but wouldn’t refund me for it

Your AI system needs a lot of work. It’s confusing and when you get up to the window to see if the order is correct, they’re annoyed you are even asking. Our order was wrong and still wrong after they tried to correct it. Amazing experience. Highly recommended if you’re having a good day and would like that to change.

If I could give it zero stars I would … I arrived to checkers between 3:40 a.m and 3:45 a.m March 19th and was told the restaurant is closed but it says the store doesn’t close until 4 a.m . When I drove up the Window I was told by a female “umm we’re closed because the assistant manager said so” .. every restaurant I’ve ever visited always served customers regardless if it’s 15-30 mins until closing. Apparently checkers doesn’t go by that and closes whenever they want too.

The girls there are always super nice and never have a problem with my order or the girls there! They even made sure to put the cinnamon pie thing my husband ordered to put it in another bag since im deadly allergic to cinnamon.

Anje was amazing we were definitely difficult and she’s just amazing at her job 10/10

Naje did a great job handling my order. I messed up multiple times and she still got it right and gave me great customer service on top of handling the food.

We had a wonderful experience with Naje, Amazing worker and great customer experience.

UPDATE: Still no follow up from corporate or the restaurant! I've called the store multiple times and no one answers. I've left voicemail and no one returns my calls. The manager claimed to have processed my refund on 2/5, but that has still not hit my bank! I refuse to let this restaurant steal my money! I need answers ASAP! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! The WORSE experience I have EVER had at any restaurant! Everything was fine until we drove off and checked my 9 year olds burger to find out that it was made wrong. Which I understand can happen and it honestly happens alot at different restaurant, so we're used to it and that wasn't a big deal. We drove back around and sat at the drive thru window for about 15 min or longer(not exaggerating) as the 1 female employee kept making eye contact, but not coming to the window to see what was wrong, instead she continued bagging up other orders and ignoring us. We sat there patiently, we didn't wave her down, we didn't knock on the window, we literally sat there and waited. She finally opened the window didn't say one word to us, so I said "this should only be mayo, ketchup and bacon" she rudely said "give me the receipt" I responded "you didn't give us one" she then very rudely said "the one on the bag". I then said "nevermind, just give me a refund and keep the food" she said very rudely "you're gonna have to drive around to the other window and wait because we're busy" I then said " we've been waiting 30 minutes now, can I just speak…

The burgers and food here are honestly excellent — everything tastes fresh and well prepared. I really enjoy eating here. The only downside is the service speed. The staff could be a bit more attentive, and orders tend to take much longer than expected. If they improve the waiting time, this place would be nearly perfect.

I really like the food at this burger place — everything is very delicious and high quality. Overall, everything is great. However, the staff could be a bit more attentive and work a little faster. The wait time for orders is incredibly long. The food is amazing, but this is definitely an area where they need improvement.
