Got literally 4 items on doordash, how did we not only get the wrong cold sandwich (ordered a baconzilla even on the receipt it says so- received a completely cold different sandwich.) Cold mozzarella sticks, missing the shake, AND missing the apple pie ordered. If it was big or just one thing I would have understood, but the ENTIRE order being wrong.... tried calling the store twice to just let them know about this mess up and no one answered the phone.

AI drive through can never get your order right. This last time, I ordered two BoGo deals and it only registered one. No order confirmation from the robot, and no receipt at the window. Didn't realize they only took half my order until I was driving off. They charged me $3+ for a burger that barely competes with other franchises dollar menu. Now I remember why I avoid them.

Took longer than expected to get my online order. They were out of all milkshakes which was disappointing. The money was refunded.

Great place for a burger and fries. Their big Buford burger is very good definitely would recommend and there Cajun fries are always a go to

Great food. Love the tables ! Miss the old school checkers feel. Maybe a little music outside.

Got the email gobo combo meal. Waited all day to redeem it . When visit the store thay could not honor it. I fell like checkers lied on the email. This is not the first time this happens. I've been in hospitality business for more than 30yrs.. I thought we are supposed to win guess not loose them.

Went through drive through, waited for the chicken to be “finished”, one of my chicken sandwiches was partially raw. 🤢 Called the phone number and they didn’t answer.

Service has went down the drain. Hardly any ketchup and mustard and NO CHEESE. How are you still in business???

Worst Checkers Restaurant in the entire Orlando area!!!White Female with the cheap lashes was very rude,hostile and aggressive.Very Unfriendly and Unprofessional. Worst customer service from all of the neighboring restaurants.Will never come back to this place again.

I am revising this review because you have brought back the $5 meal deal and I love. Thank you very much for listening to my complaint and bringing it back. :-) Sorry guys, I just do not care for this new $5 pretzel burger combo.

2 people working in the kitchen neither who can take orders while the 3rd person is busy talking on the phone in the parking lot. Is this place even real..

This place sucks

Paid for extra pickles. Gave me no pickles at all. Everything is cold too. All items made incorrectly. Whatever. Fluffy bread tho.

Cashier care less if we were at the window ask for something didn’t even look at us and just said no very rude. Very disappointing.

Very poor service quality. Both ordering and preparation are extremely slow. One of the rare places where I experienced such a waste of time. Definitely not recommended.

Ordered delivery at 6:42pm . Delivery driver shows up with wrong order and says the store gave him the wrong bag. Called the store for more than 20 minutes before someone finally answered. Rude girl on the phone says that my order is their at the store for pickup. I said it was delivery and she said no it's pickup . So if it's pickup, then why did delivery guy show up to my house with an order you handed him when he said my name and it was the wrong order. Had to go the order in person, and not even the courtesy of giving me a fresh order instead of cold food that was sitting for over an hour. And now I'm screwed out of 15 dollars for delivery fee and tip and had to get the cold order myself. And again, no marinara sauce for the cheese sticks

It took three people 17 minutes to give me beef instead of chicken. A real lunchtime adventure!
