Why do customers have to pay at one window and drive around to the next pick up window to get your food this is a major inconvenience and SO unprofessional especially when they don't have no one else in the line behind you.

So tired of coming to here and the AI that does the order just doesnt seem to understand. I place my order and say that is all then the damn AI asks would like to add something to my order i say no i dont then it proceeds to ask my order one more time. So i repeat my order then it asks a second time would i like to add anything to my order. I say no thanks then asks my order again. Seriously tired of AI trying to be human. You have people working there so they should be able to take an order. Quit trying to upsell using AI

The people that works here, needs classes on how to treat, and listen to orders. And serve was very horrible, every time I come to this checkers it's never a good result I don't understand what the problem is, but it need to be fixed quick, and my hurry. Corporate needs to get in contact with this restaurant is a shame.

The burgers that we ordered were not good at all. I usually love checkers food but I was very disappointed.

This place took my order wrong and then refused to make me new burgers because it was too many. And no one wanted to be blame. So me the customer has to pay for it. By getting half as burgers.

35 minutes for some mozzarella sticks and some fries is crazy...

The burgers was not made as they where described on menu no lil lettuce no pickle or tomato and one onion

They smashed my burger.. and cant even make a plain cheese burger right like how hard is it to put bun meat n cheese thats it... they take for ever to make it. Dont go here

Order a shake from them through UberEats. The shake was not delivered. I ordered a second time. The shake was also not delivered. When calling the phone rings and rings but no one answers. When my driver was contacted he said "They said they don't have shakes at all".
