Customer service was terrible. There was a young lady with blond hair that refused to acknowledge us at the drive thru window. All we were doing was picking up our order that we placed on the app. We never spoke to her or gave her a reason to be rude to us. We had to approach to the walk up window 8min, only then to find out that our order was never made. I don’t understand why they were so disrespectful to us. We just placed an app order. Do not go here if you want to preserve your peace.

Love coming to the checkers it’s one of the best fast food places you can get. They have really good deals like 244 singles or 245 doubles. I like being able to get a variety of food for a good price. Although the food is good, it does sometimes taste like it’s older stale

haven't had a banana shake from this place in 20 years. would you like to guess what they were out of? still pretty good food

The women at this establishment that worked on the night of May 1st Made sure that I was happy and went above and beyond. I truly appreciate them and can’t wait to come back. This was only my second experience at checkers!

Okay, everytime we come out to Florida we HAVE to stop at Checkers. Lol. My son most definitely cannot get enough of it. Even if our trips are short, he has to get his Checkers at least 2x while he's there. We mostly go to the Kissimmee location but any will do!

I waited ten minutes outside 4/17 1:30pm. Nobody helped me. Got tacos nextdoor. Pay attention!

We pulled up and AI started talking to us and said they didnt have any Big Bufords. Thats like going to McDonalds and they say they dont have any Quarter Pounders. 😭😭😭

Cashier and everyone there was great, food was awesome too. First time ever trying Checkers! Will definitely come back. ❤️

The burger rolls seem to be different. Way oversized making the sandwich look bigger. And if you order online and go through the wrong side pickup window they will let you know about it. Like you're a criminal. 3/20/26 mid afternoon

Let me start by saying I love checkers. But on this specific day I'll like to say I won't go back here again. Sorry but burgers wasn't done correctly like all the other checkers I've been to. And the kid working there u can tell he can't cook cause it's not hard to make a burger patty.

The drive thru uses AI to take the order. The staff at the window were friendly and helpful. Food was fine. I had the chili dog. Of get a burger next time.

Lack of food quality. Had to go back due to missing item from order.
