Loved the diversity in the menu for our group. Service was terrific. Server was very attentive and polite. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely go there again.

Out of all the Cheddar's establishment I've been too the food wasn't what I expected. It wasn't the best of the best.

We waited 2 and Half hours for our food. The waitress was new and no one was trying to help her at all. When our food did come out it was completely wrong. We request for the manager. (Ms. Jordan) she acted as if she didn’t care about anything. She even being to rise her voice. We then requested for another manager (Ms.Taryn) who was super nice and very understanding .

I arrived on a very busy Monday June 29th at 1:22pm. I was seated immediately because it was just me. My waitress greeted me stated she was finishing tables and would be right with me. She did order bread for me. As far as my waitress goes she was phenomenal. She finally was able to take my initial order I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and a drink a very basic lunch time meal. My drink came and the waitress expressed how busy they are and to be patient with her. I was more than happy to do so. However, I noticed a family of 4 table that had been seated across across from me initially there was another couple seated who had eaten and left. There was about a 15min gap in between that couple and the family of 4. By 2:20pm I see a tray being set up with a burger on it. I thought it was mine. Little did I know it wasn’t. How on earth did a family of 4 get their entire meal even sat down way after me and get their food before I did and my table just had me? Again this has nothing to do with the waitress she was very nice. This has to do with management and the communication of the cooks. I believe that burger was probably mine. I asked the family of 4 waitress who was different than mines how come they got their food before me and I was seated long before them? She immediately apologized and got me a manager. The manager apologized but I was not happy and decided to leave tried to pay for my drink the manager apologized again and insisted I don’t pay for it. This is Orlando…

Is there a zero for service? Terrible. Avoid

The service at this establishment leaves much to be desired. There were clearly not enough waiters on the floor. When the food finally arrived, my steak was completely cold. It's obvious that management is understaffing the dining room, and the overall experience suffers heavily because of it. I do not recommend wasting your time here.

Visited this location today. Usually love Cheddars but left very disappointed. Our server was great came right over and got our order. Then proceeded to wait 30+ mins for chicken strips. The manager came over and told us it would be longer as we watched all the people that came in after us with burgers already receiving their food. We decided to go elsewhere. Food never hit the table before we left.

Our waiter was very attentive and kept our drinks well filled. The food was fantastic!

FIRST AND FOREMOST…I love Cheddars. Had a nice day at Aquatica and decided to get some Cheddars, great idea. Food was delicious and hot. Steak was seasoned , croissants gave me LIFE!!! Painkiller was PAINKILLING!! S/O Britney U she was amazing . Great energy . Great vibes. Very accommodating and attentive. If I come back to this location I hope she is my server again. Ask for BRITNEY U . Overall great experience.

Bar was empty. Bar was disgusting and dirty. Servers grabbdrinks with bare hands on lip of glass. Drinks sitting 30 minutes at bar waiting to be run. Warm feuit sitting on bar for 1 hour+. Ordered ribs, 45 minutes after ordering bartender came back said they had bo ribs. Manager (I think) defensive of staff. Place is DISGUSTING and UNSANITARY. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN DUE TO HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS. @fdacs.gov Will be inspecting.

Quick 10 minute wait to be seated, then waited 20 minutes just to order. Drinks came 10 minutes after the croissants, but again despite the good food, would bypass and go elsewhere based on the service alone. We almost got up and left like a family that was seated before us did.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. This location is the laziest cheddars restaurant. The managers just stood in a corner chopping it up while they had an unnecessary 30 minute wait with at least 5 dirty tables that just sat there. They clearly do not care about making a profit at this location.

Carryout order

Extremely disappointing experience. My wife, son, and I visited this Cheddar’s on June 20 and arrived around 1:43 PM. After a short wait, we were seated and placed our order, including drinks, an order of Onion Rings, and three entrées. The drinks arrived, but that was the only part of our meal that did. I confirmed that our order had been entered correctly because it was already showing on the table tablet with a total of about $63. After waiting nearly 45 minutes without receiving any food, my wife spoke with the manager about the delay and asked if they could at least bring the appetizers. About 15 minutes later, we received only the complimentary croissants. The Onion Rings we had actually paid for never arrived. After waiting even longer with no food, no updates, and no explanation, we decided to leave without eating our meal. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s response. When my wife approached her a second time, she simply said, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” while continuing to help other customers. She didn’t make eye contact, offer an explanation, or make any effort to resolve the situation. We spent over an hour in the restaurant and left at approximately 2:49 PM without ever receiving the food we ordered. Delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication and customer care made this one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

One of their employees stole my AirPods. They were in a location only someone who was bussing the table would have seen. Instead of turning them in they decided to take it. When I called the restaurant I received no help, all they said was no one turned them in, they made no attempt to find out who could have taken them. Here’s a screenshot of the place the thief lives
