Long wait times. It was late so service was not so great; I tipped 18% anyway.

Their menu is ginormous. Avocado egg rolls are a must. Whatever you are in the mood for you will find it. It's a great spot for picky eaters or varied likings.

Food was hot and ok. We asked 2 employees if the bread was dairy free and no response until the end of the meal. We were seated for 80min and got one water refill. Sever never asked how the food was. I wouldn’t get the shepherds pie again. The “ground beef” was not. It looked like big pieces of hamburger barely grounded. Was looking forward to a good experience but was ultimately letdown. I am a local and I get the vibe the employees couldn’t care less about the diners since they are not from here. Go somewhere else.

SLOW! So very slow! Service was horrible. I asked 2 different people if the bread had dairy in it and never got an answer. Only received 1 water refill and was never asked if the food was to our liking. Food was ok. Some dishes better than others. The 'Shepareds pie' was like someone cut up a burger and put it in as the meat that was swimming in sauce. Spilled sauce onto the food as the person reached over someone else to place the food down insted of walking the 5 steps around the table to do it properly. Not a place I would recommend!

We were able to get in quickly. Service and food was excellent.

It was definitely a good service. The food was great and of course the cheesecake was great! It was very busy in there.

Good size portions good service this location to go for cheese cake highly recommend booking a reservation in advance because the weight was a little long even with our reservation

Very noisy and service was kinda of slow. I still had to wait even though I had reservations. Salmon was a bit dry but spinach dip was tasty. Overall it was an okay experience

Ordered buffalo blasts for an appetizer, spicy rigatoni pasta for an entree and then the s'mores cheesecake for dessert (dined in and then ordered the cheesecake to-go). Placed the order for my app and then a little while later ordered the entree. Our waitress returned shortly after I put in my entree order and I was informed that they were out of it so I had to pick a new meal, which while it's a bummer I totally understand. Then when the rest of my table received their appetizers, the manager came out to let me know that my buffalo blasts "weren't up to par" and asked me to pick a new appetizer and said he'd be right back to take that new app order. He never came back, which didn't matter because my appetizer would've arrived after my entree at that point anyway. Then I got home to enjoy my nice s'mores cheesecake and lo and behold it was missing the marshmallow which is in my opinion the key component to a s'mores in the first place. Our waitress was fantastic and did her best to make this experience a good one. The food that I got was good enough, but it wasnt really what I wanted. So if you are flexible on what you're craving this is probably a great place to go, but I don't think I'll be visiting any cheesecake factory locations in the future.

Food was on point and our server took great care of us! Great experience for a very busy Cheesecake Factory. Of course the white chocolate raspberry truffle was 💯 🔥

A disappointing experience. The Chinese salad contained a spoiled ingredient which we reported to the manager who only gave a weak apology and still charged full price for it. The waiter was also cold and unattentive. Expected much better. The cheesecake and the club sandwich were fine.

Loud but fun!

We tried to book a table online but failed, so we opted to just turn up and wait, we were told the wait would be an hour so we left and returned another night, slightly later. Our wait at 9pm on that evening was only 15 minutes. All the food that came to the table tasted ok and were, like the last time, huge portions. The prices though were a lot more expensive than last time, this was one of the most expensive meals our group had during our stay in Orlando, compared to other similar dining establishments. Our server (I think her name was Faith) was polite, prompt and well presented but did looked rushed and overwhelmed sometimes as we had to ask when one of our orders had not been brought to the table. This was rectified immediately. The toilets were clean and tidy.

Terrible service. I placed an order for pickup and arrived at the time it said it would be ready. They handed me half of my order and went looking around the restaurant for the other half. I stand around for 30 minutes until someone comes and hands me the rest of my order, and they informed me that the food got separated from the ticket. Great, so my time was wasted and my food was sitting around for 30 minutes. By the time I get home my order of steak was over an hour old and safe to say it was garbage. I called the next day to get at least a partial refund. I was offered a $15 gift card, which didn't even cover half of the cost of the entree alone, but I accepted it. I was told it'd be 1-2 weeks before I received it. It's been 2 months now and I still haven't gotten it. Overall extremely disappointed with the quality of food and service at this location.

While The Cheesecake Factory may not be a groundbreaking culinary destination, it remains a reliable choice for a casual meal with friends or family. Despite the lengthy wait, the overall experience was satisfactory, and I would consider returning in the future. A solid 4 out of 5 stars.

We had reservations but the place was packed. They had 1 hour or more wait time. We were called pretty soon after we checked in. We had a few issues come up with dinner. Which took longer then expected but we did not mind. The manager came over and talked to us and even gave us 2 free cheesecakes even though we told her we understand. Again it was packed. I would definitely recommend this place though!

Visited here today, just have to say how incredible the food is, and how they are able to execute such a large menu the way they do. We had such great food, my wife and I loved it, you definitely get a bang for your buck with the portion sizes. My wife got the skinnylicious steak medallions, and I got the steak diane, I also proceeded to add some blackened grilled shrimp to spruce it up and give me a surf and turf. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes honestly are my wife and I's favorite thing. I don’t know what you guys do to your mash, but that stuff is top tier lol. I highly recommend the cheesecake factory, we took a cheesecake home with us, we got the turtle cheesecake and it was so good, took it to go and enjoyed it at home. Our server was awesome too, and the way everyone worked as a team was great to see, I highly recommend the Cheesecake factory. Just be advised, they are always busy, so expect to wait, this location especially is one of if not the busiest in the country according to the numbers, so for sure you will have a bit of a wait, but, it's worth it.
