What diners say — our read

Sorted newest-first, the ratings decline as you read up. Opinion on how long an order takes is split — those reviews land at 3.3 on average. After that, the staff appears most often — 31% of the corpus, averaging 4.2.

Conspicuously absent: portion size, which no reviewer brings up. Of the 16 rated reviews, 12 sit at four stars or better and 1 at two or below. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 12 of the 16 reviewers who rated.

The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (91/100) with 2 intermediate and 3 basic violations. That inspection was on March 11, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 46% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. Among the items recorded were cross-contamination and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.

With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. Everything above is computed from the 16 reviews reproduced below.

    I wish I didn't love it like I do!

People are still good Chick-fil-A people but the service speed leaves a LOT to be desired. Get this crew some help!! We spent nearly 30 min in the drive thru with not that many people in line (for a cfa at lunch time). The food was ok but had an odd chemical taste and not the normal CFA abundance of flavor. Maybe it was a bad day for them. It certainly wasn't what we have come to expect from CFA...

“The Great Chick-fil-A Standoff of 2026" Look, I don’t know what kind of logistical glitch in the Matrix is happening at this Orlando location, but I am currently writing this review from stage three of Chick-fil-A drive-thru captivity. We ordered ahead on the app, thinking we were hacking the system. We were fools. We have been sitting in this two-lane structural bottleneck moving at the blistering pace of exactly one car every five minutes. I have watched the sunset, the sunrise, and I’m pretty sure the family in the minivan next to me has aged out of their middle school phase since we pulled in. Chick-fil-A is usually a finely tuned Swiss watch of fried chicken efficiency. The employees are normally running around like a high-speed NASCAR pit crew. Today? I think they are back there hand-rearing the chickens from hatchlings. I've had shorter layovers at MCO. This is officially the longest Chick-fil-A wait of my entire earthly existence. The only reason this isn't a one-star review is because I know that when I finally reach the window in the next calendar year, someone is going to hand me a warm bag of waffle fries, look me dead in the eyes, and say "My pleasure," and my broken soul will instantly forgive them. If you are hungry today, maybe pack a rations kit, update your will, and clear your calendar before entering this dual-lane abyss.

Amazing chicken and very nice milkshakes, Cob salad was the best I’ve ever had.

This location is really slow. We waited 30 minutes in line. Problem is you get you trapped in and cant escape once you realize the wait time. Maybe go inside

Good was very good, hot, tasty, fresh. The staff apologised for the lack of ketchup as there had been a delivery delay and couldn't have been any more friendly.
