I wanted to recognize an exceptional employee named Aiden T. at Chick-fil-A Millenia. I came in alone with my two young children, and as any parent knows, that can be a lot to juggle. He immediately noticed that I had my hands full and, from that moment on, was incredibly attentive and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed, and his kindness toward my daughter was especially heartwarming. His genuine compassion and willingness to help made such a difference in our visit. It was so refreshing to experience that level of care and customer service. Chick-fil-A is truly lucky to have someone like Aiden T. on their team. Employees like him leave a lasting impression, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Definitely not your typical chick fil a efficiency. I did a mobile order for pickup and and they couldn't find it. Every car in front of me had some issue where the bag of food to be sent back.

I would like to commend the outstanding customer service I received during my visit to your Millenia location today, which occurred around 4:00 PM. My order number is 107880084740. My husband was trying to order a drink he had enjoyed before, but unfortunately he could not remember the exact name. When the drink we received turned out to be different, the team member assisting us went above and beyond to help us identify the correct item and find a solution. Even though the confusion was on our side, she remained patient, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. I eventually ordered a milkshake, and the way she handled the situation reflected exceptional customer service and a true commitment to customer satisfaction. Please extend my appreciation to her for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Experiences like this are the reason customers enjoy returning to Chick-fil-A. Thank you.
