This particular branch of Chick-fil-A offers the same quality of food that is consistent across all of its other establishments; however, it falls short in the area of customer service, especially within the confines of the designated playground zone. The individuals employed at this site tend to remain seated, engaging with their mobile devices. Simultaneously, older children who are visibly beyond the appropriate age limit for the playground enter the area alongside younger children. I have visited this location on several occasions and have observed parents reprimanding children who are not their own, which is inappropriate. Parents need to supervise their children closely while at this location and avoid zoning out on their phones.

We never do fast food, but Summer brings challenges as a working mama and it was too hot to play outside. My son KNEW there was a playground at this location, which is a godsend bc so many had eliminated their kid space post COVID. We were surprised to find they provide alcohol wipes with the meals for sanitation and mints following. Honestly, those little details make all the difference. I love the real flowers in the vases and the fact that their employees make you feel valued and that they look, regardless of how they feel, happy to see you. I’m really impressed. The icing on the cake was finding a paint party for all children and parents who wanted to participate for free! Honestly, being able to do my job guilt free and watch my son engage with other others has been the best part of the summer so far. Thank you so much!

I have always understood Chick-fil-A to be an establishment that prides itself on consistency, courtesy, and a certain elevated standard of care. Unfortunately, this particular location has fallen notably short of that reputation. On more than one occasion, I have found black hair in my food. No one in my household has black hair, so this is not something I can reasonably attribute to my own family or surroundings. Even more concerning, I have noticed other reviews for this same location mentioning the same issue, which makes this feel less like an unfortunate one-time oversight and more like a recurring lapse in food handling and quality control. I do not expect perfection from any restaurant, but I do expect cleanliness, attention to detail, and a meal that does not require inspection before being eaten. For a brand with Chick-fil-A’s reputation, this is deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope management treats this with the seriousness it deserves, because customers should never have to wonder whether their food was prepared with proper care.

Maybe it was the time of day I stop to get some food, the wedges was cold and stale and my chicken strips was just not good. Can't put my hand on the taste, but as I said maybe it was the time of day..

Update to say: I called back later and spoke to a different shift manager above Alexis by the name of Kamila and she handled everything professionally and promptly. I am grateful for that interaction. Original Review: I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. We purchased a large breakfast order for a team, including hash browns and chicken minis. The hash browns were extremely greasy, as if they hadn’t been properly drained. More concerning, a few of the chicken minis contained a hair, which made the food unsafe to serve and resulted in the entire order being thrown away. When I contacted the store, the manager, Alexis, handled the situation in a way that was surprising. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, she became argumentative when I explained that a single app reward was not an appropriate solution for an order that was inedible and had to be discarded. This situation was both embarrassing and unacceptable, especially given that the food was being served in a professional setting. I expected a more appropriate resolution and a higher standard of customer service, particularly when food safety is involved. I hope the owner reviews both the food quality standards and how customer concerns are handled moving forward.
