Can't believe we just found this place now after 5 previous visits to orlando! This place is BRILLIANT!! Went twice in our 2 week stay.... did have a short wait for a table both times so got drinks... portion sizes are great, the whole place is buzzing, food tasty and quick, drinks are good... staff all fab... cant wait to go back!! Recommend the triple dipper, the loaded mac n cheese and loaded mash... and get a side of queso with your chips ! (And also tito's punch cocktail!)

La musique est beaucoup trop forte,on ne peut même pas parler, j’ai demandé à la serveuse de baisser le son elle a fait le nécessaire. Malheureusement rien ne s’est passé. je suis n’a pas été baissé, je ne reviendrai jamais ici.

We had take away delivered and the food was cold despite being very close to us. Looked like driver was waiting ages for food to. Such a disappointment

I just left this location and had the best service from Chili’s I’ve had since moving to Orlando 3 years ago. So I’ve been to a few locations and feel like I’m in the ghetto with the servers that waited on us. This location we walked into and wanted to give it a try because it was close to my work and the area is nicer. Immediately we were welcomed in and sat down quickly. Our server’s name was Bethany and she knew what customer service meant. She never once walked by our table without asking if we needed anything or refills. The sweetest person too on top of it. The other big thing was our food was actually cooked properly and it tasted good. If you want really good service I recommend this location and the staff is amazing!! Thank you to all the staff working making our visit an awesome one!!!

My daughter went for 15th birthday. We watched another table get a beautiful happy birthday with a big plate of a lava sundae and it was nice.. I spoke with the server think hey is this something additional I could pay for and they acted like we were just full of lies.. so I said nevermind even tho she has an id that proves it was her B-day that exact day… the server said it’s something they just do and shows up to The table with a spoon full of vanilla ice cream and a NACHO chip on top .. lights it on fire and says the chip is for well you know cause it’s NOT YO bday… I will livid !! This was our first time in Orlando and will be our last going to this Chilis..

Worst Chillis ever 👎👎👎

Decent family meal, but a bit of a tight squeeze Visited with a family group of 6. The food was perfectly okay—exactly what you’d expect from a standard Chili's run. However, the restaurant was quite loud, and our table felt a little cramped for a group of our size. That being said, the staff handled the bustle well and we couldn't fault the service. Good for a quick, casual bite, just be prepared for a lively atmosphere if you have a larger group.
