CHILI'S GRILL & BAR

Didnt have my order ready 45 minutes after it was supposed to be done. Claimed it was a power outage. Have people touching food in the kitchen without gloves. Not a great experience. Then the manager just offers to refund my money or wait 8 minutes

Loved the service from Miosha. Explained things well, kept our drinks filled and checked in enough times to ensure we were happy without feeling over attentive. She is very quick at getting things done. The fajitas were good, not great and the sides adequate for the meal. Thanks Miosha for making my half and half tea taste delicious and for the wonderful service.

We love Chili’s, and we come often enough to have our favorite days to visit. But the Lake Nona location is on a different level. There is never an off day. Every time we come, the food is consistently great. The steak is cooked perfectly, the street corn is amazing, the mashed potatoes are always on point, and everyone in our family leaves happy. What really stands out is the staff. The customer service is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they care about the experience they provide. Consistency is hard to find, but this team gets it right every single time. We love this Chili’s and will keep coming back.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The food was excellent, everything tasted fresh and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was great and the entire evening was very well organized. Special thanks to our waiter Michael — he was extremely fast, professional, attentive, and made sure everything was handled perfectly. His service truly made the experience even better. We are very satisfied and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 🍽️✨

Kevin was amazing! We came in close to the kitchen closing on accident and he let us know so that we could order everything we wanted. He had us laughing and we felt very comfortable and not rushed at all. It was the end of his work week and he still had such a positive energy with us and the table behind us. He really made our time there amazing!

5 stars to our server Darius. He was absolutely fantastic and took absolute great care of my family and I. He was so attentive and made sure we never ran out of drinks and made sure we were taken care of.
