They be stingy aff with the portions!

The worse chipotle on planet earth everything is always out 5 hours before closing and starts running aswell as 2 hours before every time I have been here it has things out fajita peppers, and scraps of barbacoa.

Note that there's an auto response from Chipotle below that is the same response they've basically sent every single person that put up a negative review. They say they'll respond to you right away but they don't actually respond I would just steer clear of this store. I've ordered from here several times in the last couple of months through Uber eats. My go-to has always been a burrito bowl with brown rice, corn salsa, cheese, sour cream, and Romaine lettuce. I get them with a large order of chips and mix the bowl up, then scoop them up with the chips. I've been doing it this way since 2007 (Chicago) This store really skimps on the cheese and sour cream. This has been true of every one of the 6 Bowls I've ordered in the last few weeks. In one of the orders they just gave me white rice for both bowls. But what's really got me is the chips. They're smaller, break apart when attempting to scoop up the bowl contents, and don't taste like that used lime on them at all. Chipotles chips used to be the gold standard. Now they're just barely ok. I don't know if it's this store that's changed things up, or if it's chipotle overall, but it's no longer worth it.

I am an avid chipotle customer, i go multiple times a week. i’ve been to this location a few times but avoid it because the people here are rude. This time was just unbelievably rude. No hi, hello, nothing just staring at me waiting to order. i ask for double chicken and it was the amount that id get for a regular portion of chicken. i said oh wow so little and the girl laughed in my face. next with the toppings, that lady was just as rude. the guy next to her is yelling at people coming in asking for the name of their order without them even approaching the counter or going around to ask them. he just yells from far away. then the lady at the register was just as rude. i worked in food service for 6 years and work in customer service now, i never write bad reviews but i just can’t believe how they were EVEN worse than they usually are. this location is the closest to me but this is why i drive longer to get to a different chipotle.

I always avoid this location because of how stingy they are ..the serving was so hollow and then they didn’t even care to correct them when I told him I didn’t want an excessive amount of corn ..overall just bad attitudes in this location

We've popped in at this Chipotle for time to time for a while now, but it feels like the quality is slipping. On May 24th we stopped in for lunch, but the experience was really disappointing. The staff seemed unmotivated, and there was a noticeable lack of service from start to finish. To top it off, the food was just "meh." Unsure if they are just understaffed and overworked but definitely wasnt pleasant. We waited about 5 min to be cash out as the girl working the register started to randomly make food for other people in line while the guy who was on the line was moving at a snails pace.

The food was good, and the staff was very fast and nice, but the place was very messy. Every table had crumbs and food on it and there was a hair in the spoons. Nothing seemed sanitary or tidy.

Staff is super rude, looked at me like I was stupid while speaking both Spanish and English to the staff as if they couldn’t understand what I was saying in either language, when all I said was I’m here for a pickup order while I had the order confirmation pulled up with the confirmation number. Also an employee had pushed past me and literally bumped into me. This place severely lacks professionalism and customer service. Disappointed would be an understatement.

Hands down the most delicious, affordable, and healthy option. You will not find a better deal. Thank you to all the staff who take care of us!

I bought a chicken bowl and a chicken burrito and had to throw it all away 😤 Very super salty . My patient and I had to go without lunch till dinner . Very upset

Portion provided for the chicken was disrespectful and chicken was cold.

The cashier redhead is a sweet heart. The bigger older Hispanic lady with the black hair needs job that doesn't involve customers or maybe she doesn't care for others outside if her race. Pretty pathetic that were still living in a world of discrimination and ignorance.

The people that work here kick ass. One time, I was getting mauled by a bear and this chipotle came out from behind a bush and helped fight the bear off and saved my life.

Giana and Natalie were so great, they went above and beyond to make my night. All around good vibes and I left really satisfied in service and stomach. Amazing service and good food too. Would definitely come back again

4/3/26 - MUSIC extremely loud - asked them politely to lower the volume which they did and increased 5 minutes later. LOL. why?

I get you close up at 11 and I showed up at 9:45 wanting a steak bowl but get told all you have left is chicken and everything else is out is kind of crazy to me. Why stay open till 11 if your out of everything before 10
