CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL

Muy bueno comida y Muy buena atención. Me comí un Chicken Bowl que estaba muy bueno y abundante.

Deliciosa comida, pero el ambiente es un poco opaco.

Ordered the rice and barely fills the bottom of the bowl. While ordering the chicken the server barely filled the spoon and when I said that it is too small a serving he states if I want DOUBLE and gives me even less than the first time. Horrible service. They should be giving out at least a good portion for meats, but instead he filled the tip of the spoon and stated that is a full portion. DISGUSTING!!!! DISSATISFIED!!! I cant imagine what they give you if you order online!!! I also remember when the tortillas were included and now they are charging extra!!!

Chipotle is always the best, but at this location, the service is horrible; everyone looks grumpy, and the tables are always dirty.

I have been dining in with my wife weekly. It used to be fresh and good. Lately the food has been stale the chicken taste really bad and the condiments not fresh, the staff not friendly especially when u start the line at the rice and beans station. Yesterday evening i went to this location i ordered two chicken bowls and it was really bad chicken taste bad and the corn is stale. I had diarrhea all the night and my stomach hurt . Never again.

Did not have a good experience. They were out of guacamole (which is important for me). In the restroom too, they did not have hand wash and toilet roll. Short on staff.

Mi experiencia no fue buena. El lugar de la comida estaba sucio, no tenian como abrir una botella de vidrio (por el mismo desorden).

This chipotle has baby roaches :(. I wish I was joking. I loved chipotle! But I will not be returning to any chipotle especially because of how the issue was handled.

Sus empleados no son amables , no tenía la comida lista , 20 minutos en fila cuando llegamos a la linea , la persona se retiro a mezclar el arroz dejadonos hay por 10 minutos mas , nos retiramos solo con una de las tres ordenes por las que íbamos , una sola persona atendiendo toda la linea ..

This location I’ve gotten old, dry rice a couple times. The friendliness is not that great from the crew members, at first I felt bad if automation and AI took over the job now I’ve really don’t. I’d be happier to deal with a computer or a kiosk than to deal with these people. I also never understood why some locations charge more for the same menu items like if you go to the Loop. The reward program deletes a states they are expired and I don’t know why.

Horrible service have to wait on food to be made when It should be replenished before it runs out

The food was really good but its a shame that you have to ask for more rice or pay for an average size portion of meat when you should have that in your bowl to begin with. You all always want to stuff bowls with those foolish side ingredients, stop being selfish and give people what they pay for which is MORE RICE, MORE MEAT, NO EXTRA CHARGE!

The guy that work on delivery station need to be promoted. He works as fast as he can. But the red hair manager don't do nothing for help. She just talk around and nothing else.

Extremely slow people, waited more than 20 minutes for a pick up order when I already arrived

The food tasted good, but they gave us old rice which was hard and made me unsatisfied at the end. This place usually makes my bowls fine but they need to keep refreshing the rice more often and stop giving people old dried rice. I love chipotle but this one experience made me quite annoyed and had to reach out.

Very poor experience was there 1.5 hr before closing they had no chicken al pastor no beans very sluggish seevice by employee very poor portion sizes no guacamole and food isnt even fresh would not recommend this outlet to anyone
