White lady with black hair and chipotle polo was really disrespectul. I believe shes a manager aswell.

Stopped in for a little lunch to go and it was pretty obvious they had just had a major rush and a few employees were on a break. Kareem was manning the front and was just so lovely. Kept a smile on his face the whole time, confirmed he got my order right, and still made sure the guests behind me knew he saw them and he would be right there. Customer service is tough for many but Kareem seemed to do it with ease. Thanks for brightening my day Kareem!

My brother wanted a chipotle rice bowl and he was very rudely dismissed about asking for a cup at the very end for his order. How dare you question and give ad to somebody who’s paying your business? Unbelievable we will not be coming back due to that she was very rude to my brother. Whoever is working there needs to be kind and more respectful if you want customers to keep coming back because I am a high-end reviewer for food and that doesn’t make me wanna come back at all unbelievable disgrace. I should speak to the manager.

I ordered food and I asked for a water cup, and the woman threw my water cup and at me and that was just so mean, and I didn’t know how to respond to that, but I felt like she was very rude. The woman who chucked me out I don’t know her name

I've been ordering the same thing for 10 years probably longer than the worker even been able to work and to just make up some lie about policy not allowing it is ridiculous and a complete made up lie. I see why this location already has bad reviews. I will never go to this one again.

BONE IN CHICKEN. ALMOST CHOKED!! Update: they sent a broken link for me to share my thoughts. What a joke. Already contacted corporate. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I came in to order a kids meal for my son. The portions they gave were only half a spoonful. Then I was told I get three sides and a meat. The guy behind him got real angry and then told him no you’re supposed to tell him that he only gets two sides and a meat but very disrespectful and the way the guy looked at me was not nice then when I asked if I could get any salsa, he said no it’s $1.79 extra it was real mean about it whatever happened to being nice and smiling and explaining what happens any other chipotle I go to they give me a little bit of salsa to go with it. It’s not the point that it wasn’t allowed. It was that this guy was talking behind my back and very rude. I’ll never set foot in this chipotle again and I will tell everybody in the neighborhood that this place stinks. No wonder it has bad reviews. Their staff is horrible but it’s not their fault. It’s their leadership. They have no business running a chipotle. I get better service at fast food restaurants. If you’re gonna correct your staff in front of a customer, try not to be so mean about it next time when you’re mean to your employees and your customer, your environment is negative and people pick up on that Also, the food was cold and disgusting and there was a bone in my sons chicken.
