waited almost 30 minutes in line (at 4pm) for them to be out of bowls. HOW ARE YOU OUT OF BOWLS??? thats literally like starbucks being out of cups. so disappointed EDIT: 1 week later i tried this location again and they are out of all chicken AND steak ????? literally how?

Worst Chipotle ever. Waited for 25 min and then they said can't serve kids quesadillas. No option for kids.

Honestly the employees are rude had a man growl at me —and say something underneath his breath because i asked for a bit more peppers….then this is the 3rd time i came 2 hours before close and they don’t have any cheese…guy was cutting it in the back had 5 pans full and they still refused to give me some honestly just think this is some sick joke lol (employee in the picture)

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Stay away from this location! 3 people in front of me and it took 30 MINUTES to get a burrito! After the people in front of me, the worker walked away and other workers were standing around. Finally after 20 minutes, someone else came and only made my burrito half way, stopped and said someone else would be finishing the rest. He let my food sit on their counter for 10 MINUTES (I timed all of this!) before he was the one that came over and finished it. Could’ve done that 10 minutes ago! This wasn’t my first time experiencing an unnecessary long wait, or them being out of ingredients. Their process is very broken here and it’s clear that management is a failure at this location. I hope corporate steps in to turn it around.

Absolutely disgusting the kitchen was so filthy and the employees just kept making messes and wrapping our food in it. We left. Would not recommend

That is the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to eat out of that restaurant. If I could give it no stars I would.. Go to Moes

I am leaving this negative review due to the awful customer service I received. The employee who served me was extremely rude, visibly stressed, and threw my food onto the plate for no reason.The most disappointing part was that when I asked for the manager to report this behavior, it turned out that this same unprofessional person was the manager on duty.Basic respect for others should always come first, no matter what your job is. This company needs to properly train its staff to be polite and ensure they have leaders who actually support and model good customer service.I urge management to immediately retrain the staff and managers who worked the 6:00 PM shift on June 13, 2026, if they want to see better reviews in the future. I do not recommend this place under its current management.

1 out of every 5 visits, at lunchtime the soda machine is either broken or completely out of ice. It's unbelievable that a company can charge nearly $4 for a drink while customers are standing in 104-degree heat and then fail to provide something as basic as cold soda and ice. With some visits around 8pm on weekend they dont notify they ran out of guac cheese chicken or steak and they still have 2 more hrs of the store being open This isn't an occasional inconvenience—it's a recurring problem that management seems unwilling to address. A functioning drink station should be a top priority, especially in this climate. The lack of a backup ice machine or any reliable solution shows a complete disregard for the customer experience. For the prices being charged, this level of service is unacceptable and frankly embarrassing. Go next door to CAVA. They have a functioning soda machine, a working ice machine, and even a backup ice machine in the back. They consistently have food available, and the quality is much better. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that’s prepared to serve its customers.

The worst service. So slow everything including rice was cold and the service bar was so full of spilled food. Seemed like no one mew what the were doing

Was super hungry after hanging out all day at universal studios drove 12 minutes to this chipotle location and ordered a bowl and they had no napkins employees seemed to be all around the place mainly the manager.How can I restaurant not have napkins…and I can’t forgot I couldn’t eat my bowl due to the normal chicken being so spicy 0/10 worst location ever if your planning on coming miss it.

Despues de esperar mas de 25 minutos en la fila porque solo tenian a 1 persona sirviendo, resulta que me han servido este "Bowl" Para empezar el arroz...literalmente RASPO lo pegado a la bandeja para servir 2 cucaradas... cuando termino de servir la porcion no tocaba ni los laterales del envase... Ojo, ya he comido otras veces en otras locaciones de Chipotle y que el manager me haya dicho que es la porcion de siempre me dejo sorprendida... en fin... Horrible!!

Stood in an unmoving line for 20 minutes. They weren't using any food on the assembly line. 1 new worker on the line while 4 others let him suffer

Very bad customer service very bad portions and atmosphere only had one employee serving everybody. I was in there waiting for about 35 minutes just to get a bowl that’s not even half filled. Don’t recommend this location. You have much more luck traveling to another one.

What I dont like of this place is the fac that the area that they use to serve is always dirty. I dont like at all. They should take care of that

It was my first time at chipotle, as I am from another country. I didn’t know what to expect, I was hoping the service would be a bit more helpful as I didn’t have any guidance on ingredients etc.

Service is very slow and they are severely understaffed. I definitely feel bad for the one line worker and one cook who are trying to serve a line that goes out the door (literally). As a result, restaurant atmosphere is neglected and tables are not clean. Food is a little on the higher salt side. This is unfortunate because it's in a high traffic area. The manager of this location needs to investigate and make changes. Despite the very long line and poor management of resources by the restaurant manager, the staff who are here are working hard and are friendly even with disgruntled customers. Cheers to them!
