CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL

Chipotle. They always get my online orders right and they are fast and friendly. The store is clean. The chips tend to be hit or miss, sometimes they are excellent, other times stale. Guess that's the most negative thing so really no huge complaints.

Disgusted. Please close this place down if you aren’t going to change staff

Son el peor lugar donde he ido a comer, realmente la mujer que nos atendió no tenía ningún interés en ser agradable, sirvió la comida de mala gana y no respondió atenta a nuestras preguntas o dudas a la hora de hacer nuestro pedido, es una persona capaz de dañarte el día cuando tu solo deseas venir a comer con tu familia y pasar un buen tiempo definitivamente este lugar es FATAL ESPECIALMENTE ESA MUJER DESAGRADABLE!!

Don't do a promotion if you don't have the staff and food for the crowd expected. You should also have employees with better attitudes and well trained.

Yo why is this so good? The honey Chipotle bowl was sooooo good. I had Chipotle only once in my life before this review and let me tell you this was the best ever. It was sweet and plentiful, so many different tastes between the rice,beans queso and protein. Definitely would come back. The price for my bowl was like 21$ but it was so worth it for all the quac and queso that just added to the taste explosion

Place the mobile order and picked up my food at 6:00 p.m. on a Monday. Received my order through Chipotlane. Got home and I was given Brown soggy lettuce with my burrito bowl🤢

My family and I went this afternoon and when they were making our bowls I had noticed a dead fly in the steak container. I then had mentioned there had been a dead fly in the steak container and the employee brushed it off. Nothing had been done to the steak that had a fly in it. This must be fixed.

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. Staff works like snails, and the portions are ridiculously small. Done even bother going.

Estoy muy decepcionada con la atención recibida en Chipotle ubicado en 13935 Landstar Blvd, Orlando, FL 32824. Soy clienta frecuente y esta siempre ha sido una de mis tiendas favoritas por la cercanía a mi residencia. Sin embargo, la experiencia que viví ayer, 15 de mayo de 2026, aproximadamente a las 6:20 PM, fue muy desagradable y humillante. Las dos cajeras que estaban atendiendo en caja, una joven y una señora mayor, manejaron mi situación de una manera poco profesional. Me estaban cobrando productos que yo no había pedido y me hicieron esperar bastante tiempo frente a otros clientes, lo cual me hizo sentir muy incómoda y avergonzada. En ningún momento recibí una disculpa. La situación llegó a ser tan incómoda que al final pedí la devolución de mi dinero y me fui sin mi comida, aun cuando mi orden ya estaba preparada y empacada. Como clienta frecuente, me pareció una experiencia muy triste y de muy mal gusto. Lo que más me llamó la atención es que después fui a otro Chipotle en 12548 S Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL, y la experiencia fue completamente diferente. Allí me atendieron dos jóvenes con respeto, paciencia y amabilidad, e incluso me ayudaron con una promoción que la aplicación no me estaba permitiendo usar. Por eso sé reconocer cuando un servicio es bueno y cuando no lo es. Espero que la gerencia revise esta situación y tome medidas para mejorar la atención al cliente.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this location. Avoid this location. Not only was the server incredibly stingy, literally shaking the spoon in my face to give me the smallest possible portion, but they also claimed to be out of black beans. It was obvious they didn't want to go to the back to restock. They’ll pile on the cheap fillers but skimp on the essentials and the meat you actually pay for. If I’m paying $11, I expect a fair serving of the main ingredient, not a performance on how little they can give me. Poor attitude and zero effort. PLEASE DO BETTER!

They are rude they don’t serve right the girls always have an attitude they sprinkle food like it sprinkles on a cake just the worst location and serving is terrible only put a little bit of black beans in my bowl but yes customer service is 0/10 and serving also 0/10 don’t recommend this location

I’ve visited this Chipotle location several times, and it’s consistently frustrating that they are out of chicken, one of their main menu items. On top of that, the staff often comes across as disengaged and indifferent, which makes the experience even worse. It feels like there is little care for customer service or consistency. I understand busy times happen, but this location is repeatedly unreliable. I hope management addresses both inventory issues and customer service, because right now the experience is disappointing. Awful experience!!!!

0 stars if I could. Corn was frozen, rice was undercooked and no one in this establishment spoke English.

The food was horrible no tastes the rice was bland this was on may 3 at 10pm when I got home I was very hungry but end up throwing away the food

The girl with the gauges and tattoos that was on sauces was slow as christmas. She held up the line by ten minutes literally on her own. Put her on register or something dude

Very bad experience at the drive-thru. I waited more than 20 minutes for my food, which is completely unacceptable for a service that’s supposed to be fast. There was also no explanation or apology for the delay. If you’re going to offer drive-thru service, you should be able to handle it efficiently. They definitely need to improve their service time and customer care.

Very unfriendly staff. Out of water cups. Chicken was flavorless. We love Chipotle but this one was subpar.

I come to this location often but the quality just keeps declining every single time. They are never in stock of necessary items, seems like they are lazy to go out their way and make the items. It’s always one staff members on the line yet the line is wrapped around and it’s literally 10 other staff members giggling throughout the building. There is no organization or cleanliness at all.

Today 04/28 @6:00 pm the restaurant has a disturbing amount of flies inside and out, chipotle this restaurant is beyond lower standard it’s terrible,This chipotle is so messy and grows, the hot line is just a mess the food was all over the counter, the food it was horrible and cold the 2 time we were here and honestly it’s worst, I don’t know what can of leadership they have but it is the worst chipotle ever, the food taste old and in generals it’s horrible, all overall is really bad so sad because is closer to our house and a great location the building is beautiful, definitely is the management fault, the staff needs to be re training, if I can give 0 i would of the store is always messy.

Everytime I order at this Chipotle they're always so scarce with the food. Even when i say I'll pay however much extra, they'll still shake the spoons off so the food falls off so it's not even a full spoon scoop.They charge all this money and only give you 2 hlf scoops of food then when I ask for more they look irritated and start scraping the pans to measure out the scoop when they'll be enough to give extra or a decent amount for an adult. They have thee worst attitudes and the manager there has THEE WORST ONE. They hate when they have to make more food if they had to give you the last. Its not even 3p and they literally wasn't trying to give me rice because to them they'd have to make more after maybe 1 more customer, as if that's not their job. This is the only Chipotle near me so I unfortunately frequent this one but never again. I will travel to another location if I want Chipotle that bad. 0/10 across the board. This is their "extra rice". Mind you this is after me having to tell her to add more 5 times before I got annoyed and just left it like that. This is $11.00 smh
