CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL #647

I placed a to-go order from this location, and while my daughter was eating, she found a large bug in the lettuce. I returned to the restaurant to address the issue. Although one staff member appeared dismissive, another employee handled the situation appropriately and remade the order. Unfortunately, this is not the first food-quality concern I’ve experienced here. On two separate occasions, we found hair in our food, and friends of mine have shared similar experiences at this location. At this point, it raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling standards. I’m very disappointed with the repeated issues and no longer feel comfortable ordering food from this location. If I choose to eat at Chipotle again, it will be at a different restaurant.

The Bowls are Tasty

Whoever makes the chicken needs to be fired immediately, it tastes like canned dog food. Worst chipotle ever by 38,000,000 miles. I hate everyone who was responsible for making such a god awful meal for my poor self. It sucks that I Uber Eats it and didn’t eat there in person, cause god help us all I would’ve thrown the bowl in their FACE!

The food is okay. Am team is nice and restaurant pretty « clean » but as soon as you go after 5 pm the restaurant is very VERY dirty, the team has no sense of hospitality and they are always missing food items. No steak, no sour cream anymore…

I like other Chipotle's better. Very skimpy on the food on my burrito

Basically everything was horrible about this place. Terrible rude service from one of the workers (girl) in the line today. She has a horrible attitude and yelled at my boyfriend for asking a question, extremely impatient and just rude overall. Never thought chipotle would have such terrible service. Next bad thing was how awful the food tasted. God the chicken was so burnt all you could taste was bitterness and salt. Never coming again.

My mom and I stopped in tonight and noticed they were short staffed. The gal working the line was very nice and also efficient, cashier was very nice, food was perfectly cooked and prepared. Everything tasted great 😊.

One star. Every time I order online from this Chipotle, something is wrong with the order — missing items, wrong ingredients, or something made carelessly. The employees always seem miserable and act like helping customers is a chore. I know not every Chipotle is like this because some locations actually have great service, but those are getting hard to find. This location seriously needs better management and more attention to order accuracy.

The lady putting together the food has bad customer service, didn't listen to me or my dad's specifications with the food, and was straight up ignoring other customers questions as they ordered, besides that food was of good quality, the resturaunt was clean and well kept, and my only minor complaint regarding the food was that the full size quesadilla is only avaliable on the app! Nonetheless fairly unimpressed

They’re literally dragging themselves at this location. Moving like turtles on purpose. Zero will to work and to their jobs. Line has 4 people only yet im here for 15 min in line.

This is the nearest chipotle to my house if I had an option to go to another store, I would much rather go somewhere else. In this store there is always someone giving you an attitude and annoyed that you buy from them. Horrible management and horrible employees. Apparently they don’t care about my business, even the manager which I complained to today 5/16/26 who literally ignored me and was very disrespectful and just bluff me off. They all need to go back to training.

Sydnie at Chipotle provided exceptional customer service that turned my visit into a genuinely positive experience. From start to finish she was attentive, kind, and made sure everything was handled perfectly, even going the extra mile to find a solution that worked for me. It is rare to encounter someone who cares that much and makes you feel truly valued. I am so grateful for her professionalism and warmth, and I hope more people get to experience the same level of care. Thank you Sydnie for making my day!

Had to wait for white rice but the unfortunate part is the guy preparing the food didn’t even ask the chef ok for He just stood there thinking about it. I had to ask for the rice. That was a 10 minute wait Then the girl ringing up the order was oblivious to what I Ordered and only rang up one bowl when I had two! She was more concerned about chatting with her co-worker. Lastly. No ice in the ice machine so I had to go ask for ice and it took two people to get it after they passed my cup back and forth. The guy finally filled the ice machine but that was a 15 minute wait and he was also more focused on chatting up a co-worker who was eating her dinner. Come on Chipotle. You need better management at this location not to mention better help Oh. And my food is cold after all the waiting. The only thing I am enjoying is the music

Always great for some fast food night

4:45 on a Wednesday and they don’t have any chicken ready. Two employees confirmed that they don’t plan to cook anymore today. This location habitually runs out of items. Kitchen looked dirty with pans stacked in the corner. This location is habitually below usual Chipotle standards.

This place is so nasty. I have gotten hair on my food twice now. Whenever I'd order a chicken bowl it would only be chicken fat and no actual meat. Last night I ordered a delivery just to find hair in my bowl. Other than that the stuff has been rude at times...A truly disappointing experience

Of all the Chipotle's I've gone to, this one has to be the best, no doubt! I wish I would've gotten their names, but every single one of them was welcoming and helped me through the process. I got one of the guys recommendation/favorite burrito, and I can say without a doubt, he was spot on. From the assembler, to the "wrapper", and then the cashier (can't forget the cooks) they were all great and in a good mood, very rare nowadays!!! Will definitely come to this specific location to support such a friendly and helpful team!!! You did a great job choosing your people boss!!!

Can you all please do better and not be so dirty? It's not hard to wipe a counter and keep your stations clean. 🙄
