I have been coming to this location periodically since the beginning of 2026, and I felt compelled to leave a review. Things have gotten very expensive in Orlando, and after being incarcerated for 477 days, I’ve had to start over and learn how to stretch every dollar. It can be difficult to find a good meal at a reasonable price these days. Let me tell you something: the $10 chicken bowl here will feed me for two days, and it’s quality food too. But the food is only part of the reason I’m writing this review. What really makes this location special is the staff. Janet and the rest of the team are unlike what I’ve experienced at many other places. They are fast, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They ask how your day is going and make you feel like more than just another customer standing in line. There’s something different about this place. From the young men preparing the food to the staff working the front, everyone seems to care. It doesn’t feel like you’re just a number. I’ve eaten at several other Chipotle locations around Orlando, including Hunter’s Creek, the location on 436 near the airport, the one near Universal Boulevard, the downtown Orange Avenue location, and the one at The Loop. While those locations were fine, I keep coming back to this one. Eh estado comprando frecuentemente el honey chicken me a parecido muy bueno y por eso eh ido frecuentemente, hoy compré 2 órdenes de honey chicken y no se que pasó pero no sabía era como si no tenia el honey chipotle y era como un pollo sin sabor tu que tirarlo a la basura por que no me dio ánimos de comerlo y estaba muy molesto porque solo quería disfrutar de mi almuerzo y perdí mi tiempo y mi dinero. Escribo esto porque creo que sería justo que se aseguren de sazonar bien la comida y mantener un estándar ya que sabía muy mal y no tenía nada que ver con lo que comí en días anteriores

Great experience at Chipotle! The food was fresh, the portions were generous, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

The worst experience at chipotle , people that worked today shift at 5pm in the from the cashier had an attitude because I decided to grab a bag myself to put the food myself, took the food out of my hands and then grabbed her lead ( which was a young man not qualified to be be a supervisor) when explaining situation he says you should have asked the bag nicely, and then refuses to service me & then threatens to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave all because I asked him for his name. I have worked at chipotle before that not how you deal with customer service and on top of that both him and cashier were feeding off each other and treating me like I was the problem.. when I simply was confused why I was scolded for grabbing a bag.. they threw my food away and continued to yell and throw me out the line due to them not wanting to give them their names so I can report them, they also proudly mentioned how they don’t have name tags for a reason. Yeah worst chipotle to go to if you’re on this side of town. I have been to every chipotle in Orlando FOR YEARS and I have never felt such negativity like I did today.

Vine poquito menos de una hora antes de cerrar . Y no hay comida . No hay ningún tipo de carnes . Una de las trabajadoras grosera muy despota 🤷‍♂️.

The absolute BEST location!!! I love coming in here as the team is always so welcoming and friendly. Janet is a light every single time, her warmth and genuine care for the community does not go unnoticed ❤️

Janet went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. Exceptional customer service skills and she moves with a high sense of urgency. Not only will I be back but I’ll be happy to recommend friends and family.

Janet is the best! I don’t know if I’ve met an associate who takes more pride in her job and taking care of her customers. She remembers me every time I come in, and she’s always so happy to make sure everything is just right. Once, I was waiting for honey chicken to come out and Janet made sure I didn’t have to wait long and she kept checking on me while I waited. If you guys haven’t considered her for manager yet, you need to. She’s a real gem that is clearly making an impact on everyone else.

Always fast friendly service, tasty, healthy, easy meal..

ofc they charge for guac but ordered it anyways. didn’t get guac, walk all the way over there on my break to tell them but forgot my receipt. same employee that gave me my food telling me they can’t give me guac cause i don’t have the receipt. you just gave my food….. literally. food trash, whole place is trash. and plus i found some silver things that looks like it came from a package. had to get my refund back.

I had such a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Jahnisha and Jahnisha. They were both super friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. You can tell they actually care about the customers and work hard to keep the place running smoothly. Employees like them are the reason people keep coming back. Definitely the best employees at Chipotle!

Jahnisha and Jude was the best. Great energy. I asked for fresh rice and they had no problem providing it. 10/10 service will be on their shift.

Muy mal atención de parte del empleado prácticamente me tocó elegir muy rápido mi comida el empleado tenía mala actitud no estoy contenta con lo que pedí me lo comí por que tenía mucha hambre pero tienen que tener mucha paciencia para el publico

I had a great experience at this Chipotle! The service was excellent, and the food portions were exactly what I was looking for not too much, but not too little. I definitely felt like I got my money’s worth. A huge thank you to Janet and Jahnisha for their amazing service!

It’s very important to have ppl that speak English on the line preparing meals . If you ask do I want chicken and I say yes !! I’m not at fault because the next person added more chicken on the tray (kids) meal. When I got to the third person she doesn’t understand English either . The young manager very spicy and rude said double chicken I said no they asked if I wanted chicken I said yes . Now you’re charging $4 extra chicken which is a dollar short of the kids meal $5 . As I checked out because the manger was trying to embarrass me I asked who was the supervisor and she said her and the two other ladies . I asked for her name she refused and asked me why did I need it !!! I told her to leave feedback on my experience she refused and I stated I’ll still leave one she said her name was Sofia and begin to get louder so the other customers could hear her .. and

Honestly one of the best chipotles I’ve been to! First and foremost they were generous with the portions. Secondly the place was clean and organized. Last and most importantly they customer service was EXCELLENT. The team that served me and my friend was a lady and her daughter and son. Great vibes great service!
