CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL OF COLORADO LLC

They underserve food portions. I don’t know why Chipotle is instructing people to serve less food when the restaurant is known for having good quality and good quantity.

Constantly messing up orders for pick up and regularly giving poor quality ingredients slopped together. By far the worst chipotle I have ever been to.

Good location and good food!

This Chipotle is so poorly managed. The line is always slow. The counter is always dirty. There is always cheese and sour cream mixed in the stuff that shouldn't have dairy products mixed in. They never have take out orders ready at the pick up time. The tables are never clean. I really don't think there is one good thing I can say about this location. Updated review from recent experience: I ordered online. Knowing they never have to-go orders ready on time, I took my time getting there. When I walked in, a male delivery driver walked in in front of me. As we both got to the pickup area, there was one guy handling the to-go orders and a woman waiting for her order. She seemed annoyed, like she had been waiting for a while. The delivery driver walked right up, got his order right away, and walked right out. After he left the guy preparing orders, asked the woman "what's your name again?" Then turn around and grabbed her order that had been ready the whole time. Then I walk up, he asks my name, then goes back to making another order. In the middle of making that order, he then turned around, grabbed my order that was also ready the whole time, and handed it to me.

Staff members looked very irritated, I usually don’t leave bad reviews but geez I’ve never leave bad reviews but this was deserved. Serving food horrible and throw my bowl around

My in-store visit which was over in under 10 minutes was enough for me to write this review. I was the only person in line and was not greeted by any of the approximate 12 members behind the counter. Nobody looks like they want to work there and customer service is extremely lacking.

Food quality has gotten a lot better in my recent visits.

La comida estaba fresca, bien preparada y con porciones generosas. Me encanta poder armar mi bowl exactamente a mi gusto con ingredientes de calidad. El servicio fue rápido y el personal muy atento, incluso en horas concurridas

Good food, music was a bit loud this time but it was after school time and a lot of kids where there.

I ordered the Build-Your-Own bundle online for pickup. I bought this because I was staying in a nearby campsite and I planned on eating it over 2-3 days. It's suppose to feed 4-6 people but when I split it into the paper Chipotle bowls they provided it was less than 3 typical bowls that I get when eating at Chipotle. Even with the 2 bags of chips and salsa and a $10 discount it was $15 per bowl which normally costs $10 each. Not a good deal at all. Portion size on TO GO ORDERS is something Chipotle is known for being REALLY BAD AT because in person you can ask for more of everything except protein. The 3 main containers were chicken, beans and rice and all were about half full so If they were full I would have gotten closer to the 6 portions they claim.

I must have come at a bad time. The food looked dry and the pans were almost empty. Will go again to see if a fluke.
