Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Not every diner trusts the room — though the last inspection found little to support that. When the staff comes up here it is usually a criticism, and the ratings attached average 2.6.
More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 11 of 21. A third strand, pacing, appears in 19% of them at 1.0 stars. 11 of 21 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 9 are two or lower.
That matters because 19% of reviews raise cleanliness and rate it 2.8 on average — a complaint the inspection record does not support, since DBPR graded the kitchen an A (100/100). That result dates from February 4, 2026. The trend across inspections is improvement. On health score it sits safer than 100% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. No violations were recorded at that visit, which is the cleanest result available.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

It does not seem like they ever clean the food that sits on the counter where they are serving you. If that's how it looks where you can see, I can't imagine how dirty it might be in the back. The staff seem kind of miserable to be there.

I think this is my fav chipotle. They had everything in stock and give a good amount of vinegrette! Love it

Jayne, who I believe is a “lead” was very rude & Malicious. He caught an attitude because I said I’ll PAY for extra chicken as well as because I asked for a tortilla when at the register. He purposely waste a vinaigrette sauce in my bag, which got all over my car, the bag & the containers (photos attached). He needs to fix his attitude and the way he treats customers. I come here often & I am highly dissatisfied with the way I was treated. I will no longer be coming to this establishment.

Good food, kind server and clean place

Concerning that there is literally plastic IN the food. Took a bite and was chewing on something hard and this is what I was. Needles to say I threw the rest away

it smelled so good inside. and the service was amazing Omari was the best ❤️❤️

This is genuinely the best chipotle, we’ve been multiple times and it is consistently the best tasting chipotle that exists. The only issue with it is that we are not the only people to realize this so it is rarely empty.

You didn't make any money and you had to throw the bowl away. Dumb!!!

I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill around 11:20 PM, even though the store closes at 12:00 AM. I’ve come to this location many times when I’m craving a good rice bowl, and I’ve always trusted the place, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Unfortunately, the staff seemed upset that I came in before closing. During service, the food was handled carelessly and practically thrown into the bowl instead of being prepared properly. I also want to mention something very concerning: while they were closing, I saw a bearded male employee (with a short, growing beard) using the same broom he had been using on the floor to sweep the cooking area surfaces. That was extremely unsanitary and honestly very disturbing to witness. I understand that closing time can be stressful, but customers arriving before closing should still receive respectful and professional service. This experience felt rushed, unwelcoming, and overall poor in quality. I hope management addresses this and reinforces basic customer service and hygiene standards, especially during late-night hours.

How i pull up and they say they dont have chicken, steak, white rice and fajita veggies 40 min before close. I understand that uou may be out of some things but to only have one option when closing time is not in sight is a problem. Rice isnt that hard to have. They were even cleaning up and the line only had a couple of items in it. Just disappointed in service and availability of items for finding late night food.

I am an UberEats and DoorDash delivery driver. I came into this location to pick up a delivery order for a customer and it was exactly 39 minutes waiting in the restaurant before I received my delivery customer's order. Furthermore people who arrived well after me were receiving their orders well before me. How is that even possible?! Then on top of all of that the restaurant only gave me half of the customer's order, forgetting the customer's drink and chips.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location (4724 Millenia Plaza Way, Orlando – Order #338 on 04/04/2026 around 6:28 PM). I ordered a Veggie Bowl and the quality was unacceptable. The mild salsa had stale, almost rotten tomatoes with a mushy texture and tasted like it had gone bad. It also had no salt, lime, or proper seasoning — completely bland and off-putting. The fajita veggies (onions and peppers) were clearly old and tasted terrible. The brown rice wasn’t even warm. On top of that, the portion sizes were very small. Even after requesting a proper serving, the staff barely added anything. For the price, this is not acceptable. The veggie bowl is usually $9.96, yet I was charged $10.44. Chipotle promotes fresh ingredients, but this experience was the opposite. I couldn’t properly eat the meal due to the poor quality. I expect better food standards and consistency from this brand. Very disappointed.

It was a chipotle day, as the craving comes here and there so found a location along my commute one day. Being that this one is in the Milennia Mall area, the traffic is crazy getting in and out and probably is on the average. But there’s lot of parking at least. The store was so-so on cleanness, I’ve seen dirtier Chipotle stores but it was not clean or tidy by any means. They did give us good sized portions though, which was appreciated. Same ole consistent product you can expect from most of their chain locations.
