OMG! This was one of the most fun dining experiences I've had in a long time. Cicis is a popular and affordable all-you-can-eat buffet with pizza, pasta, salad, and desserts. They offer a huge variety of pizzas, and if you don't see the one you want, they'll make it fresh for you. The restaurant has that classic American family-restaurant vibe, is always busy, and thanks to the high turnover, the food stays fresh. The garlic bread was amazing! The vanilla cream pizza is a must try! Whether you're traveling on a budget or just looking for a fun and casual meal, this is a great experience, especially for families and groups visiting Orlando.

Food was solid, price was solid, super clean too.
-
Pizza was always fresh and full never ran out fast and friendly service

The cleaning ladies were super cute, polite, accommodating. The food is not the best. Is a franchise so salty, greasy no sauce on pizzas. Dry and by the time you get to the table the food is cold. But it helps to kill the hunger. Not the worst.

If you stay out on I-Drive for Universal, and you have kids, you will probably, at a minimum, consider eating here. Your hotel will have a single page brochure with a coupon for a free adult buffet with purchase of adult buffet and drinks. It’s CiCi’s. You know what the food it like, and they do an amazing job keeping the buffet stocked. The only bad thing, it’s a CiCi’s in Orlando. It’s chaos. There are people that don’t know how to be in public. People who have never seen pizza or a buffet before. People who have no concept of a line. It’s a cheap and easy meal, but if you’re someone who expects ambiance, don’t.

From the UK - best pepperoni pizza from a “chain” restaurant.

The ladies cleaning the tables were super sweet, and so was most of the staff. We were never told about the $3.99 buffet deal though and we ended up spending about $70 for 4 drinks and 4 adult buffets.
-
Sure it cheap but the pizza has no taste! Its like chewing on cardboard. Best thing I ate was the chocolate brownie!

Parking is a challenge. It's pretty busy here but the crew kept making fresh pizzas so you don't have to wait too long for something you want. They'll make a whole pizza for you and your table if you ask. One of the ice makers was not working so at times there was a line to get drinks. Tables were cleaned up quickly. The salad bar looked fresh too. We will return.

Air conditioning broken or over worked. Very hot inside. Ice machines out- had a communal ice bucket with tongs that seemed to be used by patrons sometimes. Kinda ick.

Had lunch here at the end of May 2026. Keep forgetting to post a review but instead of forgetting about it I wanted to mention the staff especially two lads keeping the pizza stocked and the place tidy. No idea what their names are. However, nothing was to difficult for them they were laid back under pressure and delivered excellent customer service. I asked for two custom pizzas and they were delivered without fuss with a smile. The food and atmosphere were also very good. This place was great and if I am ever In Orlando again I will make sure I drop in. Thank you.

Great Variety, Good Service, and Smooth Experience! We had a wonderful time at the buffet dinner. Using our promotional coupon was completely hassle-free, which we really appreciated. The selection was impressive, featuring a great variety of pizza, soup, salad, cheesy bread, and desserts. Additionally, our server worked diligently to clear away empty plates quickly, keeping our table clean throughout the meal. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Had a wonderful experience at this CiCi's the staff had problems with the computer but did a wonderful job taking care of everybody. It was very clean. Everybody did a wonderful job helping us

Horrible experience. If it says a free buffet, Shouldn't the drink be free too? Like i hot a free adult buffet cupon on my app, But i didn't know i had to pay for a drink 😑And then they don't give out water cups. And the customer service did not meet my expectations. So therefore, I Will not be back here at this location ever again. PLEASE DO BETTER CICI'S

First off, who has a salad bar with out shredded cheese? And corn and chick peas? The men’s bathroom was beyond disgusting, the sit down toilet was plugged with… and the faucet on the left was broken off the sink but still worked. Now for the price we paid 2 kids, 2 adults the food itself wasn’t bad, I asked the employee for salt and pepper for my salad and h he gave me red pepper flakes 🤦🏻, I don’t complain much about restaurants but please fix these issues. This was a bad experience for out of state visitors 1. Star..I won’t recommend
