the place is great but the breaks are not BRIEF AT ALL. The breaks take up a lot of time so people don’t get to sing :(.

This place is garbage. Why do I whos over 50 need an I.D. for this okie doke entertainment when an 18 y/o can get in.

Closed by midnight Monday. Despite declared opening times on map starting 2am. Decent nearby bar Cheers an uber ride away. Cheers 🍻

Absolutely amazing, supportive system of people. The song list is insane. Great service and attitudes!

I give them one star because number one, they never answer the phone ever. So you never know if the band is gonna be there. The dates are sporadic they advertise live band but only one day a week maybe, but we don’t know what day that is pretty frustrating.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Rising Star Karaoke. As a local resident of Orlando, Florida, I have visited on three separate occasions and submitted a song request card each time, hoping for an opportunity to perform. Unfortunately, despite waiting patiently and seeing many other guests called to the stage, I was never selected. I understand that there may be a process for choosing performers, but after three different visits with the same outcome, it has become frustrating and discouraging. One of the main reasons I came to Rising Star was for the chance to sing, and after multiple attempts without being called, I left feeling overlooked and disappointed. I hope management can review the selection process to ensure all guests have a fair opportunity to participate. While the venue itself has a fun atmosphere, my repeated inability to perform has left me with a negative impression of the overall experience. As someone who lives locally and wanted to support this Orlando venue, I am especially disappointed. After giving Rising Star multiple chances and having the same experience each time, I do not plan on returning and cannot recommend it based on my personal experience.

Only fail was not letting real people with actual singing abilities not preform more than once. Waste of time being there over 1hr

Alot of fun, but WAY, WAY TOO LONG OF BREAKS IN BETWEEN. Completely unnecessary! IT LOSES THE MOMENTUM. Please stop taking breaks!! It would be so much more enjoyable . I know they want to sell more drinks during the intermission, but we left as others did . It gets so boring to wait for the next performance. This was not our first time at City Walks Rising Star. After many years of going, we will not go back, unless they stop doing these long intermissions.

What's up with these 30 minute breaks in the singing?

Great experience! Really cool spot wish we had one back home. Only reason I gave this three stars is because we went there three nights in a row for my cousin to get on stage and never did. We were there for 2+ hours waiting. A lot of no shows and watched the same person do 5 different duets tonight from the same group.

When you pay to stay at Hard Rock and this is on your to do list and it’s closed without warning. Pretty shoddy. Hope that corporate money is worth it

Took 5 people to verify an ID that is real. Seems like they weren’t experienced in checking ID very amateur. They don’t even have a scanner. Ridiculous!

They gave me the hardest time because my ID was from California. They called over not one, not two, not three but 5 people to double check if my ID was real. I showed so much proof such as my college graduation and after 20 minutes of them checking I was finally given the OK by the police officer. I did not get a single “I’m sorry” for embarrassing me and being so so petty. It ruined my day and I left as soon as I got my ID back. Do better and invest in a scanner or something. This is ridiculous.
