The wife and I are both card holders but I had not created an account for Priority Pass yet. We have the restless children and Mia was very kind offering to walk me through the process utilizing the AMEX app. I appreciate her and her customer service!!

We had a June 2026 visit to this lounge in the evening. Staff that stood out were Mia, Fatima from this club and Josh from the other club lounge who directed us here. Fabulous customer service and the bartender was super helpful. All staff cleaning the tables were fast and friendly. The quality of the buffet food was a nice surprise. We really enjoyed the variety and healthy options. The choices of included alcohol were nice too. This was a crowded lounge but clean and enjoyable as well. Great way to end a vacation while waiting for your flight.

The front desk is make or break for me as a guest. Mia was kind, warm and made me want to come back again!
