Even though it’s a smaller of the two clubs, the renovated space is very nice. Ali at the bar was amazing and very attentive.

The MCO lounge in Terminal A/B was the silver lining in a very challenging, frustrating and stressful travel day. Our family was warmly greeted by JOHNTAVIOUS. He kindly checked on us during our stay. Overall the staff were great. All areas were cleaned and food was restocked like a well oiled machine. The lounge bartender ALI was the definition of excellent customer service. There's nothing better than a well crafted cocktail and an empathetic ear after a hard day. Being in the lounge when I received the news of yet another American flight delay, took some of the pain away! My Priority Pass is priceless!

The lounge was very busy when we visited, but the service was still excellent. Only chicken sandwiches were available at the counter, but since we are vegan, IBTISSAM went out of her way to have vegan sandwiches specially made to order for us. She even checked back to make sure we enjoyed them. Busy lounges need more people like IBTISSAM who truly care about guest satisfaction!
