COCO KEY HOTEL AND WATER RESORT ORLANDO

I went to coco key and at first I was wasn't comfortable with the rooms,was small looked and room looked a little old but after a while I got used to it even though the room was nothing special. Then, I went to the water park which was very fun but it can be crowded so if you're looking just for a pool go to the one close to the front desk, it a lot less crowded usually. Service was very nice and there was a lot of things like an arcade,bar,Cafe and more. Location was good Cause it was on internatiol drive so you can go to the icon park and use the I trolley. My only complaints are the small rooms and the walk it is from the lobby to some of the buildings. I would very much recommend coco key not for the rooms, but for the amenities. Overall Great Hotel.

Steven was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived. Not only did he help carry all of our bags, but he went above and beyond by giving us a full tour of the facility and making sure we knew where everything was. We’re here celebrating our daughter’s 3rd birthday, and Steven took the time to recommend restaurants, kid-friendly spots, and activities that would be perfect for our family. That kind of care and attention really made us feel welcomed and made the start of our trip so much smoother. Coco Key is lucky to have Steven — he made a great first impression and helped make our daughter’s birthday weekend feel extra special!

Pasamos una vacaciones muy agradable. Hace un par de semana a atrás. Es muy agradable venir , el ambiente en muy bueno. Las habitaciones con un ambiente fresco, moderno. Habitaciones muy limpias.

Excellent place to vacation at. Melissa did a great explaining everything and making us feel real welcome. Will come back again.

We bought day passes for the waterpark through Resort Pass. Parking was $16, not $12. No clear instructions for what to do when you get there, but the girl was really nice and walked us through it. If you're not going to sit with your stuff, I recommend renting a locker. You can access it as often as you like. Part of the park is undercover with a small heated pool, slides, and a splash-type area for the kids. It's a nice relief from the sun since there were very few umbrellas available with the lounge chairs. The outdoor area has several slides. A couple of the slides were closed. Kids must be 48" to ride the bigger slides, but they weren't very strict. Two of the slides require inner tubes, which you have to wait in line for, and lots of stairs to get to the top. My husband and I took turns carrying the tube for our granddaughter, who had a blast!!! No outside food, drinks, or coolers were permitted, so other than the cost of the food and drinks, I think this is a fun and affordable option to take the younger kids for summer break. The staff were all very nice!

Horrible experience!! Woke up in the middle of the night to roaches all over the room, gross! Called the front desk immediately. They changed us from room and told me the manager would be reaching out to me, that never happened! I honestly only stayed because of the timing, but definitely did not enjoy.

Es excelente hotel. Espectacular servicio. Tienen muchos cambios. Es bueno eso!! Las habitaciones están aún en renovación, muchas habitaciones nuevas con buen ambiente, están limpias, muy cómodas y fresca. Esta muy bueno el hotel para pasar dias diferentes.

Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados. Las habitaciones siempre limpias, son muy cómodas, acogedoras, buen ambiente, el servicio de limpieza increíble, por qué atentos a tener limpias las habitaciones.
